Scott in maintenance took the time to hold my hand on a long phone call to walk me through an issue I way having during a trip to Lake Michigan.

Just took delivery of our new Unity CB model. Very excited and pleased with the whole experience at Holland. From the moment we walked in, made the decision to today’s orientation were first class. We were on the road from Fairhope Alabama on the coast toward the UP and had an issue with our new Wonder leisure 2024 bottom freezer track. I called this dealership yesterday to arrange them looking at it. We got here last night to be here when they opened. Everyone was extra kind, fast friendly efficient service, allowed us to dump and fill up our freshwater. Could not ask for a better experience!

The only place we take our RV for service. Great team. Price is high for labor, but consistent with industry standards.... I'm just thinking I should have been an RV mechanic instead of being an RN! ?

We needed some worked done by on our Van by a local supplier. They worked with them to let us have a bay. These folks are very hospitalitable and top notch. If you are looking for a nice RV or are service you should consider Holland

I bought a 2023 Unity MBL from Holland Motor Homes six months ago, facing numerous problems. The vehicle's performance and dealership support have been disappointing. Despite paying $212k, I've had to handle most repairs and troubleshooting, including dealing with a faulty electrical system, power outages, flickering lights, and odors suggesting electrical issues. The front heating vents and tank sensors are also malfunctioning.Repeated requests for dealership assistance have been met with unhelpful responses. Holland Motor Homes and Jeremy Smit provided inadequate support, suggesting I sell the vehicle on Facebook. Leisure has been more helpful with parts and coordination, but Holland Motor Homes has distanced themselves post-sale.My experience with Holland Motor Homes has been frustrating. The vehicle is currently unsellable, and the dealership's lack of support has left me with the repair and resale burden. I regret this purchase and advise caution with Holland Motor Homes and Leisure Travel vans. The overall experience has been negative, far from what I expected.

After repeated disappointments with our local Holiday Rambler dealership, we brought our motorhome to Holland Motorhomes for service. What a breath of fresh air. We were treated with respect and courtesy, they lock the gate at night for security, and they plugged in the electric. Repairs were done thoroughly, service was done by competent technicians. We will continue to go to these folks for future repairs and maintenance. Thank you Holland Motorhomes!

I have nothing good to say about the repair section and if I give specific examples I will give myself away. Therefore I'll just say be cautious and document everything. If you call and leave a message simply call them back 10 minutes later ect... They rarely call people back (not saying this to be annoying but if you need your vehicle before they close you'll have to go above and beyond to get them to talk to you)
