Goodwill forced a disabled Veteran, who is medically unable to wear a mask, to leave the store. How disappointing and sad to see a man, who served this country, removed for his disability. What a horrible reflection on this organization and on the staff who demanded he leave even after he explained why he was not and could not wear a mask. And to add insult, the manager told the man to contact Goodwill's CEO if he did not like the way he was being treated. What terrible behavior, zero understanding and zero compassion for the Veteran.

We were visiting from out of town and had forgotten towels and a blanket for the beach. We found just what we needed here for about $16 (three towels and one thick blanket). This store is pretty big. It seemed clean and had other good selections as well. My boy loved the toy isle and I thought they had some great dresses - some really fancy!

I've been to many Goodwill stores, from Michigan to Indiana and West Virginia. Most stores are like garage sales: junk with a price tag. This Holland location is clean and there are many items that appear new and are reasonably priced. They keep the store cool on Hot days and the staff are friendly, attentive and well groomed. Good job guys.

One of the worst examples of a Goodwill EVER. Yet I return again and again hoping to score finds. I love the idea of the people working here getting a foot up, the management however sets the tone and prices.
