This is just one of those places you like to go to or return to just to see what’s new, what’s cute, what’s in season. The whole staff is friendly and helpful and such a pleasure to chat with.
Even though I’m not a craft person I have family and friends who are and this is a go-to for a quick gift.
There so much to see - it’s great because I always miss things that I find on my next visits.

I love this store, but there is a woman who works here who has made me uncomfortable on several occasions. She has insinuated that I am shoplifting. My observation of this person is similar to the person others have mentioned here in reviews; therefore, I suspect it is the same person.
It upsets me because I like the store but now I don’t want to shop there because of how this woman treats me.
I’m a local, own a home within walking distance of downtown, and want to support our locally owned businesses.
It’s interesting to read that other people have had similar experiences. I intend to find out the name of this employee and let the owner know.
UPDATE: I emailed the store to let them know what had happened. They responded by scolding me for leaving a bad review and saying that I was at fault because I didn’t understand how retail employees behave. Unbelievable!!

an old lady that works here was being weird about carrying an item around the store, when my friend was planning on purchasing it, and she wouldn’t stop staring at us, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable
