Ask for Gwen! I purchased a kitchen sink and faucet from TA Gentry six years ago. Recently, there was a small issue with the faucet. In spite of the fact that I didn't have my receipt, Gwen went above and beyond not only to find documentation but to contact the manufacturer on my behalf. I now have a perfectly working faucet at no extra cost. Customer service and quality product is a winning combination.

Delivery driver expertise at it best...not! These two cones were 2' from the corners of my truck while I was making a pickup at a jobsite. Apparently other peoples safety isn't that big of a deal to him.
