I am a senior and sometimes the computer is quite a challenge. On Dec 28th I was assisted by a wonderful staff member, Joni, who answered soo many questions and was very patient and capable as she demonstrated the steps I needed to take to deal with my current problem. She was reassuring and kindly waited for me to write everything down yet kept her eye on other customers as well. More businesses should add such a personal and efficient touch. It is a very welcome but pitifully lacking customer service today. Thank You Joni and Best Buy !!!

What horrible service. Came to buy a MacBook. The gal 2 ft from me didnt my even acknowledge that I entered " her space" while she had a full blown convo with some customers about where she's going to school blah blah blah and the 2 customers are oblivious and just kept chatting. I was being patient but it was just so rude to not even acknowledge me standing there right next needed someone help.

Tried to call the local store in Holland, and after sitting on hold for over 10 minutes, call was finally answered by a call center that's out of state. Rep states there's no way to speak with a human being on the phone in the Holland store, say that you can only speak with a "National Call Center". That does zero good for the issues/problems and questions about Home Theater purchases and installations made at the Holland store a few years ago.Ridiculous and infuriating, I'm sick of everybody and everything being outsourced. I'll give all of my business next time to a store that I can call on the phone and speak w/ someone at the store.

They get 2 stars because the employees that tried to help were pleasant. There assistant store manager doesn't care about resolving customer issues. He smart talked back to me when I reached my limit after 2 hours. They sold me a product. I am paying for said product (protection plan for phone). Though, I can't make a claim on said product. Instead, they want me to file the claim a different way...paying additional $100 out of my pocket. What happen to taking care of and resolving a customer's concern. This store consistently messes up every transaction I have had. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Management avoids the customer, making their employee do & say the things they don't want to. Then, when the customer is upset...management will talk down to them publicly. I have never been disrespected in such a way. Better to drive to a different location. Put the Holland location out of business! ***Update*** Ryan, the General Manager, contacted me...and has taken steps to make this right. Updating rating to 4. Melissa, member of management, is the best employee this store has. She has been there a while. She has great customer services skills. She appears to actually care, and go the extra mile for the customer. Whatever you are paying her is not enough. If you go into this location, avoid the Assistant Manager Dan. All the other members of management have been great to deal with.

Drove here to get an item warranty taken care of. On Maps it says they would be open at 10am, I get here and they aren't open until 11am even though they have been running curbside since 9am and said there's nothing they are willing to do. Bad customer service here.

Used to be a decent place to shop. I understand things are different all over, but when you have to spend a day and a half trying to reach the store by phone because you can't directly call the store anymore, it gets a bit frustrating, and when you can't make it there in time because of life, and now the doors close at 5:59, and you miss out on $90 of product because using a phone to reach them is impossible, it's time to watch and wait until they go under. Customer service is important nowadays with Amazon. Unfortunately BB doesn't understand that.

Lemme tell you something about this store cause I'm beyond mad right I came to this store only three times and I haven't had pleasant visit first time , I came to get some iPhones to buy out right and I was told they didn't have the color I wanted so I was alright then I asked him for a different color didn't have it either till I asked him to go actually look n turns out they had it then came back a month or so later for a headset first one didn't work nor the second one so I had forget it I spent 30 dollars I make enough money then I came back today to get a tv that was cracked like someone got mad at it . Seems like this store can't get it together their customer service is alright but honestly I rather travel to another city to get what I need . Cause this isn't the store I would go to again honestly .

My husband bought his computer there and too geek squad. Seems there's repair and then set up geek squad for 200. To repair his computer he paid 240 and it was sent away. It crashed again and he went somewhere else. I might add that unauthorized charges appeared on his credit card bill. Had to get it investigated and removed. Wouldn't go again. Also was encouraged to buy an expensive screen protector for my tablet bought there and was told they'd apply it. They refused

I have to say customer service has been great with Josh Underwood from Geek Squad I am always so grateful to work with him. I unfortunately can not say the same about the repair services with Geek Squad. I purchased my computer a year ago February within two months I began to have issue with sounds and speakers. I had taken it in for repair with Geek Squad they said it was a software problem. Almost a year later I continued to have same issues, I have since taken laptop in over 6 to 7 times. Each time they have to ship it out which takes about two weeks, they say they fixed the problem but they have not because I continue to have the same issues with speakers and sound. it will be almost a year this February since I purchased the computer I should not have these types of issues with such a new computer. it also is an inconvenience for me since I work from home. Not having a computer is very important. I never write reviews; I am writing one because I am very unhappy with the service they have provided. Like I said before Josh has been great every time. I know if he had any control over fixing the problem he would. I also must add each time I call best buy my call is never answered or I am hung up on.

I paid $200 for these guys to fix my computers and tablet. One computer fixed and now runs slower than molasses... worse off than it was before. The other computer and tablet they can't fix in house. They have to send it out and charge me mucho bucks to do. Tell me again.... what did I just pay $200 for????

Over promise, under deliver seems to be the montra here. I would find some good local tech help before heading to the big box stores
