I recently placed an order with Frances Jaye and there was a shipping issue. I was able to easily call and speak with two people who immediately helped me with my issue. They were very understanding and quick to remedy the problem.

I love Frances Jaye & look forward to shopping here each season! They vary so many staple classic brands & always introduce me to new ones, too!However, the return policy gets so hard around the holidays! I never purchase something for myself here without knowing I 100% love it & wont return it, however, I was gifted something at a late Christmas gathering last week & unfortunately it didn’t fit and was purchased too early to still be in the return window. I was told an exception would have been made if I was from out of town, which felt a little bit unfair to tell me. I understand why policies have to be in place, but it’s such a tough position to be in to receive a gift that doesn’t fit! I would have loved to shop around for something that did fit my body & usually find myself leaving Frances Jaye with much more than I came for!

Reliable! I found this store when I was looking for a Baggu hat. I don't know what's more to ask for. The package was fast delivered and very well packaged. Their website is user-friendly and has a beautifully curated selection.

I totally agree with Niki that Frances Jaye is like an even more unique Madewell. The vibe is super cool but not so cool that I felt uncomfortable there. I didn't really browse the clothing but I could tell that the things I saw looked well-made and fashionable. A quick check of the Frances Jaye website let me know that they appreciate and support sustainable and ethical brands, which is always awesome to see. The prices may be higher than your average mall, but you get what you pay for. They have men's and women's clothing, accessories, home goods, cards, books, and gift items. I particularly loved the Holland shirts that were modern and stylized. I ended up buying a fancy wick trimmer as we seem to have a surplus of candles these days, as well as two cute holiday cards featuring cat illustrations, because #crazycatlady I loved this little shop and will absolutely stop in every time I'm in the area!

I've been meaning to review this place for a while, but no time like the present. I am so thankful for this store. They really care about their customers, which in this world, means a lot. They have a good selection of sustainable clothing, and really cute pieces from clothing through accessories. Also, I love how I have found something in the store, and they've posted it online for me because when i wanted to buy it I was back home in another state..and they even got it shipped that same day and it was at my place like 3 days later, coming through the post office, and over a weekend! This place and the people employed are truly incredible!!!

Frances Jaye is my very favorite place to shop! All the pieces are unique and ethically made. The staff is gracious and helpful always. The owner is beyond amazing and chooses all of her clothes and accessories with heart. I always find way too many things and I am never disappointed with what I take home. Everything in her store is quality. I couldn’t rave about Frances Jaye more. SHOP FJ!

I visited from out of town and had the best experience. The staff was amazing and were so helpful, and the store had such unique, fun things. Every time I come to Holland I go back!
