Great gym. Nothing fancy but has everything. Extremely nice staff. Great rate for us out of towners wanting just day access. Not crowded. No need to wait in line for any equipment. Very clean. Tidy locker room. Great experience.

I am so thankful my husband convinced me to go to Flex over a year ago. The gym is clean and has a great selection of machines and free weights. The staff is always friendly and helpful along with the trainers. Highly recommend Flex to anyone wanting to achieve their fitness goals!

There is more than 23,000 pounds of sturdy free weights and an array of Select-a-stack weight machines, including various Matrix, Octane, and Precor cardio machines. We also provide access to giant tires, Atlas stones, battle ropes, and resistance bands. We got it all!
