I deposit a check from my life insurance with less cash received $3000. Bank teller didn't said a word till I said I want all big bill. And she said we can't get cash out today. You have to wait till the next day. My complaints is should let me know from the beginning.

I used to love this bank but ever since that new update to their security it has just been going downhill it has become extremely annoying to log in to my mobile account and I just have to hope that I'm able to log in as of right now I can't log in to my account for the idk 8th time this month I'm switching banks for sure

Never never never going to this bank! Deposit money atm got jam money never got deposited due to that. Took my money and told me your money will get return in 8 business day and will receive a mail to determine if true I was on camera wow wow for $70bucs!! Really!! They are all about fees and don’t care for you as a customer.

I attempted to setup a savings account. The Bank setup an appointment to call me and never bothered to call me. I guess they do not need any more deposits. This makes the Bank look really bad.Edit.... Talked to a rep and I am upgrading my review to 4 stars.

Always professional and courteous. I rolled a 401K into a managed Rollover IRA and received free identity monitoring, a free safe box, and interest bearing checking. We also have our mortgage through 5/3. It is nice having peace of mind of consolidated banking services under one roof.

Fix your app. I rarely can check my balance because the app is always experiencing technical issues. In my opinion the cost of ordering checks is a little high as well.

5/3's system "crashed" today 12/6/19. All branches and help services disconnected and where unavailable. Poor customer service. Almost three hours I can't use my card, missed lunch and now I can't put gas in my car. I'll be closing my account and going to Honor Credit Union.This bank expects a lot from their clientele and they aren't holding up to their end of the deal.Also, while the systems are down card transactions read insufficient fund's, very unprofessional and embarrassing.
