This branch still has crt screens for their atms. Most phones cannot scan the QR code because of the overscan on the crt, thus making the atm unusable for cardless users like myself.

My 18yr old daughter went into branch after account being hacked. Was told she would have to deal with it and the fraud line on her own. Very stressful for her.I have had the same thing happen with me, and I'm at Huntington. They sat me down with an associate and called fraud with me walked me through the whole thing. Made a stressful situation easier unlike 5th third. Both my daughters are pulling there accounts.

My overall experience with 5/3 has been... less than ideal. However today Ian at the southside location did such a great job helping me out. It just goes to show that great employees sometimes work for... less than ideal employers ;)

I had some issues going on with my bank account Jasmine at the office was beyond amazing I will go to her for any of my mortgage questions problems solutions or my simple savings or checking account she is hands down amazing and very supportive and explains everything in way that helps

So I believe her name is Da….. she is wonderful. :). I came in with concerns and she was so sweet and professional. She positively has a gift when it comes to customer service. Quite impressed.

This was a horrible experience. The branch manager was rude and cocky. They promised a 250$ sign up bonus. Which they did not give out and repeatedly lie about the terms. But will not provide any written or digital response. I would highly recommend not going to this bank unless you want to fight them to keep from stealing your money.

I'm not a member, but I figured they could change a $20 bill for a roll of quarters. They said they couldn't due to a terrorist act. I went in another time and tried to cash a savings bond, but they said they couldn't give me earned interest, but only face value of the savings bond due to their Bank policy. I went into a different bank and had no issues doing either one of these transactions

I've had the same bank account for the last 20 years now and have been with Fifth Third ever since it changed hands for the third time. Always friendly tellers and they greet you by name. Great bank to do business with. They also give me treats for my dogs.
