I have frequented this store for the last two weeks only to be told they only accept cash. Personnel say the internet is not working properly and a service technician could not fix the problem. I find this hard to believe because I live in the area and my internet service works fine. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope the problem is remedied or I will stop all shopping at the River and 16th Avenue location in Holland, MI

Wasn't allowed inside the store with my mini backpack with all my information and money in it because they have theft problems that's their problem not mine.

Refused to honor posted sale prices. Just kept saying, that’s not the price anymore. The manager, I presume, even had the nerve to pull the sale prices off the shelf in front of me, stating, “Here, let me help you” after I questioned the fact they were not honoring the posted price. I’ll never go back.

There was this one lady with glasses that was being rude to my 9 year old sister. All my sister said was can you get that toy from the top shelf, she looked at her co worker and she’s like what toy in a rude attitude.

Love the hometown feeling! Remodeling update was needed. Looks much better.
One drawback is lack of supplies on shelves. Actually, starting to carry healthy options; impressive!

Don’t expect them to actually open when they’re supposed to. It’s 10 minutes past their opening time and I’m still waiting outside even after I called to confirm they’re supposed to be open. Incompetent, rude staff.
