Went to the Holland location. Got to counter handed the counter rep. A plastic snack bag with a sink airrator “spelling” and he had no idea what it was! I commented that you work at a plumbing supply Co. and have no idea what this basic part is. He put it back in the bag and handed it to me. I would recommend to all shop on line you will be better off. I understand that qualified help is hard to find but this was unbelievable

I stopped in looking for some help on a plumbing project that I'm doing. They looked at me like I was the man in the moon. Very unhelpful no suggestions. Basically told me I was out of luck. They are clearly not interested in helping others...especially homeowners. What they don't know is I just moved to Holland and I work with all the builders and renovate homes. Business must be very good to treat people like this.

Today I went in with a broken faucet, fully expecting to have to buy a whole new one. The gentleman at the counter was immensely helpful showing me what was broken on my current stem assembly and how I could buy a repair kit, which was much less expensive to replace the parts that had gone bad. He even showed me how to put it together so that when I got home it was a quick fix. Thanks again!

Stopped in to pick up some fittings. When I was explaining what I needed the guy behind the counter stopped me and informed me " they were a wholesaler" and gave me the impression I was not welcome there and I was wasting his time! So I left and stopped at Berghorst were they gladly helped me and appreciated my business. To bad they didn't realize I also purchase pipe fitting supplies for the company I work for building feed mills like ZFS and CHS and padmos and Sietsemas and the list goes on
