MY GOODNESS BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Best Buy is most certainly the better way to go! Can't Afford? No problem they 18 month financing at 0% READ TO FIND OUT WHERE PRODUCT COMES FROM!!!! Moved into a new home and decided an upgrade on washer and dryer. After doing some research on washer and dryers we came across Estate Warehouse. We decided our next day off to rent a trailer and make the voyage roughly an hour away. Was welcome by a smiling face and shown over to the washer section, where we decided to take the nicer of the sets of washers. Assure all equipment is tested before sale. Took the set home and got them all hooked up. Washer almost came walking down the hallway. We called up there and we were told bring it back up and they would fix it. Frustrated by the situation we rent another trailer and make the hour voyage to meet with their mechanic, where I found the mountain of appliances sitting in the rain broken waiting to hope to run long enough to get into your home. Mechanic guy was super cool and explained basically the entire unit was done and needed an overhaul. Stressed I asked what our next step was, I was told go to the store and I could go pick another washer. That's when it went bad to worse.. We walked in and the two girls had no idea of what was going on, so we explained we just came from the shop and our washer was broken and we were sent to get another washer. Then the girl proceeded to reply with "oh God." Oh God what?? Then pointed over at the washers telling me to go pick out another one. At this point there's no confidence that I'm not going to have another 2 hour trip, I said he we'd like to take the dinged up "new washer." I was told that I needed to pay the difference. Thinking wow after 4 hours and 2 trailer rentals you want me to pay more money? I said okay, and asked how much that would be. She said $150. Well the washer I originally brought home was on the floor for $300 and the new one was $425. Sooo how did I owe $150 before tax? There's really not much good I could say about this establishment. Ultimately business model is "fix" broken crap, sell it to you at premium cost, with shady practices. At the bare minimum I should get my $25 EXTRA dollars back! Can't stress this enough! RUN, ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR LIES.

We bought a fridge from here over the weekend. It’s an older Whirlpool, but in excellent condition. I was really impressed with how spotless the entire thing was. However, we noticed an issue with the water lines and called to let them know on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning Travis contacted me and we set up a time to have him come and take a look. He was so kind and awesome and did a great job fixing the issue. It’s huge piece of mind knowing that if anything else pops up over the next month that they’ll fix it. I’m impressed, and would absolutely purchase an appliance here again based off of this experience!

Great experience from the second you walk in the door. Staff was very friendly and even helped me load my purchases! Prices are fare and they stand behind what they sell.

Bought a used dryer with the 30 day guarantee, husband let them know it didn't work took forever for a call, got a call from the people that fix washers not dryers, i had to call and a dryer guy came out, tried telling us it was just our wiring in the wall, turns out it was a fuse we got that fixed but the dryer still doesn't work correctly ? theres a wire problem with the dryer itself as i had suspected just disappointing ?

Can't say enough how great these guys are! In total I've replaced a fridge, stove and dishwasher at a reasonable rate and got units in good condition (with confidence due to their 30 day warranty). The fridge and stove were delivered/installed through a 3rd party guy they work with and was able to get it within a day. They're my go-to for all housing needs moving forward! Special thanks to Steve for the support via messenger.

Seems like a nice place, but the VHS player I bought was completely trashed on the inside, thank god it didn't work otherwise my tapes would've been shredded. All sales are final according to the sign by the register so I have to deal with -$30.

Some the vendors were kind of pricey (especially for the dvd's) the staff is cool and fun to chat with. Decent variety too.

The owner is really nice. She told me they've been in business for 12 years and that this is a newer location. Also they prefer to sell in store and not online. I personally like going to the store because I know what I'm looking at and can see it in my hands. Online you never know what you get.

We bought a washer and dryer set last spring from here. Was thankful we got the set for basically the price of one washing machine. Steve was great, helpful- so no complaints there. Our dryer had a scratching noise which I called in and a repair tech came and said he didn’t see any issue. Then a few weeks outside of the 30 day warranty, the washing machine got incredibly loud during the spin cycle- so loud it sounds like a plane is taking off. We have our laundry on the main floor and it’s sooo incredibly loud, I try to only run the washer when I’m leaving the house. Yes, it was a deal, but I believe I would have been much happier if we had just purchased a brand new set.

I want to thank the great staff here, who always do their best and deliver great customer service. I live on the outskirts of Holland and can't travel often due to my disability.Steve was nice enough during a rush, dealing with call-ins to answer my stock questions while on his lunch.When I've been there, the store is clean and the aisles are clutter free and easy to navigate. Each booth is responsibly upkept.I also want to thank the female assistant manager for her service, I apologize for forgetting your name. I was in with my mother-in-law and we admired your new tattoos!Great place to spend an afternoon. Highly recommended. Handicap friendly, though the new building leaves a bit to be desired with parking. That can't be helped or blamed by the Estate Sales Warehouse, but I thought it bore mentioning since they had sizable parking accommodations before. Take care when pulling in and around the parking lot, some do not pay as much attention as they should.Thanks so much.Jake
