the young man that took my care, i think his name is Miles, a very friendly young man and kept me informed about my vehicle and if they were to find any problems with it that he would let me know, here I'm thinking they will find this and this wrong with it but to my surprise he said the oil change was done and that he didn't see anything else that the car needs done at this time, i will definitely go back for all my car needs, was very satisfied with his work.

If we could give more stars we would . From the first step into the showroom we weren’t pressured. That one key thing we liked. Our salesman Nick W was great . Getting to know him Zeigler is lucky to have Nick represent the dealership. Once we found the car we wanted on to our next steps . Had a fabulous experience from start to finish with Carson in the purchase of our new vehicle. The test drive process was made very relaxing and there was absolutely no pressure during any part in the process to make a decision or move forward with purchasing. Carson was extremely mindful of our price point and worked with us to get the exact make and model we were looking for! We also appreciated how quick they made the purchase process once we decided which vehicle to go home with. We're very happy with our purchase and will be back for sure!

Shout out to Tyler M. in the GM service dept.! Scheduled a last minute oil change, rotation and inspection on my 24 Sierra. Appt. was scheduled for 7:30am. Arrived at at 7:10am and planned on using the overnight key drop. Upon early arrival, the shop doors were wide open and I noticed teammates working so I walked into the service office. Tyler was the only one in the office. He not only took my keys, he happily acknowledged my appt. (by name) prior to open of business. Service was completed much earlier than what I was told it would be. Tyler even coordinated to have my vehicle delivered to me. What an awesome suprise!

The work was completed but had an issue with fluids leaking into my garage floor I brought truck back into dealer to find cause seems after the work was completed things were not cleaned up causing the fluid leakage I checked under hood after I brought truck home to find areas still dripping and the inside of my truck had oils or grease on door panels and seat I expected more as this is the reason I choose getting repaired at the dealership vs a repair shop. I think it's time to try other repair shops as the quality is not up to par at this dealership these days.
