“Extremely helpful staff, not the best in store selection for some items. Great insurance program! I have gotten my headphones replaced more than once because I had the insurance. Be patient with them and observant of the deals you are getting online though, sometimes the system glitches and you will need to speak with the manager to get the situation fixed.”

“What a great experience all around! I gave my wife the gift of a new stereo for her van. I wanted to make sure it connected to her phone automatically and wirelessly via Apple CarPlay as well as integrated with the existing backup camera. The gentlemen at Vanden Berg took care of all those requirements, ordered correct parts, installed the new head unit quickly, and even shuttled me back to the house up the road. They for sure gave me back a couple of Saturdays of tinkering in the garage. 5/5, highly recommend.”

“Camping and my father lost his phone. We came here and Jose I believe his name was, was just amazing.He was patient with my dad while trying to figure out his login information to make sure his stuff transferred. It took a while but he was so patient and understanding. My dad was so stressed out and worried he would lose everything. Highly recommend this location especially if traveling in the area.”

“People give them a bad rep because of their high prices and how they badger you once you don't pay. Come on people. You know their prices are high when you sign the paperwork. You know that if you don't pay they're coming for their stuff. The bad reviews don't make any sense. I've had to use these places several times. Don't get mad when they come for their stuff due to non payment. That's totally on you.”

“Went into dump my TracFone. Worked with Cassidy. He did a wonderful job! He was very patient with this old lady and made sure my new phone was working properly when I left.
The manager, Kim, was also very nice.
If you are wondering why I had contact with both, Verizon had an issue with me being me. She and Cassidy fixed it.
Very happy so far.
The next issue will be reception, but that's not the local store's concern.”
