I like Dunham's for last minute fishing gear. Reasonable prices with employees that let you shop, rather than hovering. I appreciate that. I'm here twice a week, minimum.

Since I'm currently low on money due to being out of work for 3 months after having knee surgery I wanted to have all of the clothes I picked out priced up before I decided on buying them or not. I saw online and in-store that Izod golf shirts were on sale for $19.95 and there was also an Under Armour shirt that I saw months ago that showed it was on sale for $39.95. After I took all the clothes up to the register and had them priced out each Izod shirt rang up for $30 and the Under Armour shirt rang up for $60. Therfore, I didn't buy a single item. I took pictures of the shirts to show my fiance that while they're on the rack and right above the shirt it showed that it was on sale for $39.95. I had the cashier call the manager up so I can show her that these items were placed in the wrong spot to see if she would discount them for me or at least give me a small discount and she claimed that it was 100% a previous customers fault that they were there and wasn't willing to help me out whatsoever. So at the end of the day Dunham's missed out on just a little over $100 of my money that I will now be spending elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Learn how to stock your items correctly. Also learn how to overlook your stock to make sure things aren't out of place. If I could upload the pictures to prove my point I would, but I don't see the option.

Was waiting at the gun counter for 15 minutes and never acknowledged. Employee was going back and forth between helping customer with registration and unpacking a box. Another employee came there and used phone to help a customer, then was standing next to other talking. They had both looked at us, but never said one word! Not hi, not be with you shortly, nothing. After 15 minutes walked out and drove to Cabelas, made purchase, and had great customer service.
