Great service today!
Failed to get their names, but the two gentlemen I spoke to (Khiry was one of them) at the front desk were phenomenal. Like "my pleasure" chicken fast food restaurant level nice. Tire pressure light came on while I was heading to work. Didn't have an appointment but went to get it checked out. Got there right around 9 AM, was estimated to take until 10:30 AM, but they finished up right around 10 AM. Turns out the issue was my sensor not my tire (thank goodness!). Grateful that I wasn't charged any sort of service fee for what appeared to be an easy fix.
I will definitely visit this location in the future. Thanks again!

Wow is this a tough one.
First, Discount Tire of Holland went way above and beyond to deliver the odd size tire on my car. Customer service was absolutely excellent.
I was so happy upon completing service the tech received a $100 tip.
However, when I left and examined my bill - that's where the one star comes from.
They're good at what they do, but slick and dishonest where it counts - and that's charging for services you didn't even order.
I'm a new Discount Tire customer, first and last time because of the Holland store.
I had no clue what their "Refund Certificate" is, and they charged me $165.00 for some in-house warranty I would have ordinarily never ordered or paid for.
Typically, when there is a back-end upsell item at a service company or auto dealer, the item has to "be sold to the consumer," not larded on without any discussion.
I ordered "tires and installation." I negotiated for a deal on wipers since I was spending $1500.00.
What I got was tires, installation, and $165.00 in a nonsense fee I was never told about, never sold on benefits and never asked if I approved the additional, significant purchase.
I burn through tires and I'll self insure them, thanks.
Had they asked me, I would have declined.
It was very dishonest to slide in this additional profit center, and I suspect according to Michigan consumer law illegal.
This ruined an otherwise excellent experience, and I'll never choose this company again.
Thank you for the tires and service, however this in-your-face dishonesty is not to be tolerated.

Sebastian was awesome with a big welcome in. He made sure i felt welcome offering me coffee or water while i waited. JJ made sure to let me know to keep an eye on my driver's side tire, and told me if i had any problems to bring it back. And Jared delivered my car and made sure I knew to rotate my tires every 6 to 8k miles for optimal usage. He also asked if I had any questions for him.
The team at this Dicount Tire is outstanding. Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you - you all went above and beyond. This is what customer service should look like. I applaud you all!!! I will ALWAYS go there.

I came in with a flat and found out all 4 of my tires were unsafe to drive. I initially panicked because I was already saving up to fix issues in my house and couldn't afford a whole new set of tires.
The gentleman who helped me, Khiry, was so kind and patient, he showed me different tire options that were budget friendly & helped me find a set I could afford. He even made sure before I paid that I could really afford it.
I'll be forever grateful & I'll never go to another shop ?

Khiry was incredibly helpful and nice. A great employee with a positive attitude! He even talked to my dad on the phone and helped me pick the right tires for my car. Wonderful experience and same day work.

Khiry was super helpful... going way above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. With his positive demeanor and customer-oriented work ethic, he is a huge asset for Discount Tire. Kevin worked with us early on, as we were unsure how the tires would look. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Price was better than the competition and the team worked very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

From walking in and being greeted with a smile to Jaysen listening to what my needs were, i must say that my experience today was pleasant.
Went in because I had 2 screws in a tire. Wanted them plugged and patched. Was told I may possibly need a new tire if side wall was worn too badly from driving on flat.
In the end it only needed repairing.
Gentleman brought me my keys and explained what was done and asked if I had any questions.
Only question I had was " so how much does it cost?' He explained to me that all repairs are FREE. After a terrible morning that was definitely nice to hear.

Excellent service received from Armando today. He was the first person to ever ask my wife to check her spare when she stopped in to have the tires in her air checked. Her spare needed it and he made sure that she and our daughter will be safe on the road for their first long road trip

Had my tires rotated and two weeks later, while having new brakes installed elsewhere, mechanic discovered cross threaded lag bolt requiring hub/bearing replacement. It happens.
Contacted Discount Tire corporate via email explaining situation and got phone call from Kevin (Mgr) within 4 hours. We played phone tag over next few days. DT offered to repair at shop near them but vehicle was at another shop 20 miles away awaiting repair on last wheel. Kevin arranged for approval to use other shop to repair and DT fleet management group contacted me within an hour to process claim. Check for repair (I paid the initial bill) arrived within a week.
Kevin communicated well and helped make an unfortunate situation better by taking care of business. Do appreciate the extra effort he put in to make things right and will continue to do business with their shop in the near future.
