I was introduced to Dan through a few other agents at my board. I NEEDED someone who could get a HARD deal done! This was an out of the box, challenging situation and I was 100% up front with him about the details I knew from another lender who wasn't able to do the loan. Dan was referred to me by another professional I was working closely with and it may be one of the best recommodations I've ever received. Not only was the loan process smooth and fast, but extremely informative and responsive. Dan had spreadsheets to show me different financing scenarios and affordability for me. The most amazing part, he found something on my credit report that was old and inaccurate preventing me from having a top tier score. He gave me templates to submitt to the credit bureaus which got it resolved for me days before closing. He STILL got me a better rate in the 11th hour...unheard of service from a loan officer. My real estate agent even was happy to know I was working with Dan b/c of how easy he makes the process for everyone involved. Don't bother going anywhere else!
