I lived here before for 3 years. I moved away from the area. I moved back and looked at several places to move and chose to move back to crown point because of the friendly staff, cleanliness of grounds and transparent communication.

From inquiring about an apartment, to up until our move in (and afterwards), the staff have been so helpful, and very communicative and helpful with any questions that my husband and I had. A shoutout to Anna and Shannon who have been very lovely to communicate with during the whole process!
Also, the apartment has been amazing! I love it here!

My daughter loves the playground & loves to run around outside whether it’s hot/cold! It’s very quiet and the office members are very helpful to any questions I have! I like how there’s a supermarket right across the street and all the food chains really close. The highway is right around the corner to get to any city!

My family and I have lived here for 3 years, and have had a great experience! The staff is amazing and our neighbors have always been respectful. Our 2 kiddos love the playground and the garden plots in the summer, we’re only 10 minutes away from the Great Lake Michigan, and in walking distance of restaurants and stores!

1 1/2 years at Crown Pointe Apartments. Great place to be. Quiet and respectful neighbors and walkable to groceries and restaurants. Office staff are friendly and really know their work and make ot a good place to live for its residents. Highly recommend.

i’ve loved my time living at crown pointe!the office and maintenance staff go above and beyond to curate monthly events and newsletters, and truly are involved in the community. The apartment process can be confusing when it’s your first time signing a lease, and Anna helped me through any questions I had, and the entire staff worked very hard to make sure that by the time I moved in, that everything was set and clean. Any work orders that i’ve placed to maintenance get fulfilled timely and politely, and truly it’s all a well oiled machine. If you’re looking for a well maintained apartment living experience- crown pointe is the place for you.

These ladies at the front office have been here for me since I moved here knowing I’m on my own. They definitely made me feel like CrownPointe will be a family place I can call home and feel safe. I appreciate your staff and all that’s made my place at CrownPointe Homely.
