Had an excellent experience working with Tony! We just purchased our Ford Bronco and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle! Tony made the entire process smooth and stress- free! We didn’t feel pressured and felt he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Don’t buy a car from them the second time in a month after buying I’ve had to take the car in to get looked at. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because the salesman Brian was nice and not pushy.
Edit: so after the initial review crown contacted me to look at my vehicle. They gave me a loaner while doing so free of charge. They were unable to figure out what was going on. I took the car back and went to another mechanic. They were able to figure out it was the ball joint. On top of that I needed a new alternator and new brakes, which the dealer marked as good at purchase. After spending 15k on a car I needed another 2k in repairs shortly after. Clearly they don’t actually inspect used cars before reselling. I stick with my initial review. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM.

Great job to the team at Crown Toyota Service under tough conditions today! Got me in on time, gave me shuttle service to & from Holland, completed all my service in good time, offered a free car wash, recommended 30K maintenance, all during a very busy day with a brand new computer system. Job well done, I will be back for everything on my Toyota Highlander. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommend this dealership. I have been in search of a van and went to many dealerships and most were either non communicative or trying to sell rediculous up charges. This place was exact opposite, not only were they always reachable but also the whole process was very transparent and honest. I was able to secure my vehicle at msrp and this place worth the three hour ride. I want to give a shout out to and highly recommend Mike VanHohenstein. He was great to work with and was a huge reason why my expierience was so good, he was even reachable on his day off.

I had been looking for a specific model of the Audi A5 certain options, mileage, and price. Two weeks of searching I found exactly what I was looking and glad I found it at Crown Motors. I spoke with Tony over the phone a few times and within two short weeks I was on a greyhound bus to pick up my new car. The whole team was great very professional and acted as a family which was nice. I highly recommend dealing with Tony, Tim, or any of the other staff about buying your next vehicle. Definitely ask about their two different protection plans.

I had my 2022 Tacoma serviced today. Came in for a simple oil change, tire rotation, balance and the recall work on my rear differential. I have a very noticeable chip out of one of my wheels. Today this wheel was on my front drivers side. Like I said I “had” the tires rotated today. So the wheel in question should be in a different position on my truck. I got the truck back home and started looking it over. It’s exactly where it was when I brought it in. This makes me wonder if they did any of the work they said they did. Apparently they call them stealerships for a reason. How do I know they did any of the work I brought the truck in for today? Very displeased and will no longer do business with this dealership!

Nice people and an honest dealer! Mitch Stephens was great to work with and made my trip to Holland worthwhile. Everything on the vehicle was taken care of as promised and the price was right. I wouldn't hesitate to return when it's time to buy another vehicle and to recommend Crown to family and friends. Definitely worth the drive!

Be particularly cautious about these salespeople at the Crown Toyota dealership. I genuinely do not suggest it. Extremely poor client service. I walked in to test drive a new RV4, and immediately the sales person tried to get me to sign a lease/arrangement paperwork. He explained that in order to release the car keys, I had to sign the leaser form first. What! To my understanding, signing such a paper indicates that you consent to purchasing the vehicle. I haven't even seen, tested, or inspected the car before making a choice of signing any type of forms. I had just come from the Hyundai and ford dealerships, and they never brought up or forced me to sign any paperwork/lease/agreement. They only requested to see my driver's license and make a copy, which is acceptable, but sign a form? what! Thank goodness I did not buy a car with them.

Had a great experience buying a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Mitch Pratt. His communication was great, and the whole process was timely. He did not pressure us to buy anything, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Extremely satisfied with our purchase, and I highly recommend working with Mitch Pratt!

One year ago we purchased a used 2022 Highlander from Crown Toyota in Holland, Michigan sight unseen with the expert help of our sales representative Tony Van Gelder. We live in Nebraska so the whole deal was online and over the phone. Tony is the most knowledgeable, courteous, and honest salesperson we’ve ever had. Everything was handled professionally, willingly, and timely…from gathering the information we requested, getting us all the paperwork, and arranging the shipping of our vehicle to Nebraska. This was a very nerve racking ordeal for us, but Tony walked us through every facet of it from start to finish. The car arrived in precisely the condition Tony had described. He has continued to follow up on our experience every since.
I highly recommend Crown Toyota and especially Tony Van Gelder, a sales representative you can trust.
