We have had consistent issues with them not auto debiting our payment and the locking us out! There is zero communication and they are near impossible to contact and do not return phone calls. I suggest you run from this place!! Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing!!

I have been a customer for 2 years. Today, and I might add I am paid in full, I was denied access through the code pad. Everything correct. There is no one on premise or a the central location to assist customers. All you can do is leave voice mails or send an email hoping for a response. Two years ago, there were staff on premise and actual maintenance to the property. No more. My recommendation is to sell your things before moving it into this facility.

Definitely thinking about moving. I came in 8/13/21 to find my lock missing. Two other units in the area were also missing there locks. Of course the gate is left wide open because of the gate issues. I contacted somebody from the Holland office and I told them the situation that that gate needs to be closed that that gate needs to be fixed so it's constantly closed. I returned Sunday 8/15 to find another lock cut. Fortunately management worked with being refunded my rent for August and September and I ended up going elsewhere. So beware I wouldn't go here if you're looking for a place to store stuff.

This place is terrible. Very unreliable entry system. It works so erratically that they often leave the gate open. It is rarely staffed, so you have to call the Holland office. They changed my entry code and never bothered to tell me

Hello everyone I came today 01 18 2021 brush snow off of my truck n whend fire up I get scary extremely loud so somebody stole my catalytic converter they cut it off with power tool, office say I don't know if the cameras work, for go inside the gate you need pin #, so thank you cross creek self storage, so people please think. Sorry for my spelling.El dia d hoy vine a prender mi troka y iso un ruidaso el mofle porq me robaron el catalizador los q c lo robaron entraron y salieron x la puerta y las camarada nada cuidado con sus cosas ya reporte a la policia gracias.

ABSOLUTELY NO! The management is a joke! I had a great first year at this facility. CoVid hit, the company changed its billing system and I was LOCKED OUT of the building for 30 days! The gate code was changed on me and I couldn't go in to get my belongings. The phone number posted on the door doesn't have a voicemail set up. The email response is not prompt on weekends. Even if someone is sitting in the office during the open office hours they have the blinds shut and will not answer a knock. The kiosk in the lobby to pay rent is not working and the phone number to call for help is not in service. DO NOT STORE THINGS HERE!

All they care about is getting your money!I was unable to get a functioning access code from their kiosk. On the day of rental, my partner and I both looked at the number and attempted to enter the passcode unsuccessfully numerous times. Nobody answered the phone when I clicked on the "talk to a person" tab at the kiosk. Nobody answered the posted telephone numbers posted in the office. No people there at all. When I checked my account on the kiosk after failing to get in the gate, it stated that my passcode was 0* (obviously wrong). Cross Creek did not give me anything for my money, no contract was completed. They refuse to refund the charge on my credit card. I spoke to them numerous times on the phone, catching them in lie after lie about how their "system" did not fail. What a joke. Stay away from these guys. James Street storage is super friendly and not afraid to talk to you.

Horrible management!! Had mice set up shop in my unit and ruined a couch. They will do nothing to rectify the problem. Look elsewhere for storage units.

I moved my stuff here temporarily (two months) while in the middle of a move. I came back to my indoor unit, and everything was flooded. Cross Creek says they are released of all liability because of the contract.
