I've rented a unit in the past from here and liked the location it was at and the fact that I could get in my unit 24 hours a day. The outside of the storage unit was always kept clean and everything was very convenient. The price of the unit was also reasonable.

Great rates. Clean facilities. Secure. The owner is extremely understanding and willing to work with you if you are struggling. Just keep an open line of communication and be honest, he will do whatever he can to be flexible and patient. Highly recommend using Constar Storage!

I rented a storage unit for two months this past winter (January and February). They never emailed me the paperwork/contract, I asked twice. They never lock their gates. I had my locker broken into, They cut the lock right off.I lost an expensive bike, a yeti cooler, and a gas trimmer. You could also see foot prints where they walked all over my boxes and broke a table. That tells me they were there for sometime. The owners claim that there was nothing on their security cameras. I do not believe they have security cameras or it was an inside job.I never rented a storage unit before so I didn’t realize I needed insurance on it. I guess if they would have sent me the paperwork I could have read that. I asked if they could do anything for me she said no. I asked for a break on my monthly locker fee, again she said no, in fact, she told me to take out insurance now and then make a claim. I think that might be illegal. Would never recommend this place.
