First car lot we stopped at when we had questions. Jeremy's a legitimately good guy & will answer any questions you have. Would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from him & the staff. I doubt there would be, but if there was a problem he would stand behind it & make it right.

Can't say enough good things about Jeremy and Concept Motors. Don't let any preconceived notions about car dealerships keep you away. Jeremy was fair and efficient and he keeps a quality fleet for sale. Should we ever need another used car, I would not hesitate to be a repeat customer. Check this place out!

Amber greeted me with a warm welcome and helped me immediately. Jeremy was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make a deal. Gavin did the closing when we picked the SUV up. What a kind courteous young man. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will go back to them to purchase my next vehicle!

We had been looking for a Toyota Sequoia all over the country. We were hesitant to buy something from a dealer, but saw this one listed. When we called Jeremy, we had a sigh of relief like we were working with a real person and not some shady salesman. He was quick to get us photos and questions answered. Looking at the other vehicles in his inventory, he chooses vehicles wisely by brand quality and locations with less rust issues. Jeremy went above and beyond what any other vehicle person would do, for example he tried to get new windshield wipers put on before we picked it up, but the supplier had the wrong ones and he ended up shipping us 3 new ones from Toyota. I had also asked him if he knew of a certain product and he immediately called one of his supplies and got us this product. We love our Sequoia and home to get another from Jeremy in the future because we feel like we have a place now that we can trust.
