Good communication. They came to my home - no extra charge. I did not have insurance coverage for this vehicle and the cost was reasonable. But the service was great, they explained what they were doing, gave directions on immediate care for the windshield to ensure a good, tight seal. I recommend this company out of Holland.

Fantastic service, from the scheduling guy in GR to the service tech that did the replacement windshield. To my surprise they even installed the new wiper blades I had sitting in the car. Thank you all !

They were able to see me within 3 days. The appointment was set between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. They showed up at 10:30 a.m., which is awesome. These nice folks do great work. The gentleman is personable and conversationally funny

The gentleman that replaced my windshield was funny upbeat and a fun guy to be around very conversational and very educated in his line of work from time on site to pulling out my driveway was a little less than an hour I will not go to anyone else for all my autoglass needs that may come in the future

Wow wow wow. This is a awesome company. Not only did they beat the prices from everyone else I called. But even when there cost went up they stuck to there original quote they gave me. Great service on the phone for the quote and the order. Placed a few week later. And the guy who installed at my house was polite, up front and honest. Had no problems answering my questions. This was I guess lucky for me only the second time I had to use this type of repair. But I now am a loyal customer if I need any more repairs. They will be my only call.

Tech did a good job with the install. They cancelled the first appointment, no showed for the second appt then said I had rescheduled which I had not!, was an hour and a half late for the third appointment. Good install but definitely not a reliable business.
