This place is a wonderful addition to the community. They have resources to help those in need and a wonderful food store inside that has different things daily. The shoppers and staff are super friendly. This is a wonderful cause to shop at, donate items, or to volunteer.

This is a great program. But I think people that should be able to receive this get denied and others that definitely don't need it get to go. But it is definitely worth it

This place is pretty cool. You register for a month at a time and pay a monthly fee between $11-$22. You are then given points to shop with. It's laid out like a grocery store and the healthy foods cost fewer points than the not-so-healthy options.

I don't understand how the point system works. Than you can't get certain items? So confused

It's a great place. They have tons of resources to help you stabilize. Additionally, if you're lower income it really helps with food. Also diapers/wipes/formula if they have it.

I think that management should stop in once in a while and see how fresh the food actually is. It’s devastating to go hungry, it’s even more devastating to be hungry and get home and find out almost all the groceries you’ve gotten from here are spoiled with mold. I personally believe that poor people still deserve to eat quality, fresh food, or at the very least nonexpired and non molded food. Half the food here is well over expired, and most of the bread, vegetables, and fruit are moldy. How can you say you’re helping the community by giving them rotten food… and making them pay for it? I don’t know about you but when i’m desperate for food, I usually don’t even have $11-15. It’s good for when you’re absolutely desperate you can get nonparshibales, but sometimes, even THOSE are somehow expired and nasty smelling.
