Being diagnosed with sleep apnea was very scary but the experience with Carelinc Holland was the BEST! Jessica explained everything so well and was a pleasure to deal with! She answered all my questions and went out of her way to make sure I felt confident in using the equipment. Highly recommend!!!

During my booking process the woman was delightful and extremely helpful. Pick up, is another story.
I am currently sitting in the driveway waiting for someone. I requested a pickup time today between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. because I had to work. I asked that someone please call when they were on their way. I received two calls around the noon hour asking if I could meet them, I explained I was at work and that I requested a later pick up time. They said no problem and that they would let me know when they were on their way.
At 4:45 I still had not heard from anyone so I called the company, they said someone was in route and still coming, I told them that I had not received a phone call yet but I would leave work and head to the house. When I arrived there was a door hanger that said they had been here, my sister said she was down in the basement and heard someone ring the doorbell, but by the time she got upstairs no one was here. I immediately called the driver who said he saw someone came outside, but left anyway. I explained that I had left work and that I needed him to come back, he said he would be back tomorrow between 3:00 and 5:00. At this point I am already extremely stressed with everything going on leading to needing this medical help in the first place and I tell him once again tomorrow will not work and I had to leave work today to meet you. No one ever called, why didn't you call to let me know you are on your way, and this man had the audacity to hang up on me after I said I was so upset I was ready to cry.
I've called twice now and spoken to the after-hours answering service, they said they were sending a manager for pickup, and an hour later I still have not heard anything back.
*The driver called me back yelling at me. I can not believe the disrespect. The Holland manager was helpful with my complaint, and I pray no one else has to be treated the way I was *
When someone is experiencing the declining health and/or death of a loved one, this is the last thing that they need to deal with.

I spent a ton of $ to get a CPAP and had questions and problems. I called and had someone say they would order me new equipment…but then found out they never did. I had problems with fit and left a phone message, and two emails over a week ago. I still haven’t had a call back.
I would say their customer service sucks. I’d wouldn’t use these folks if you’re a new customer considering them. I’d give them a D minus.

UPDate, a few days after I called Justin from the Holland office called and apologized for the delay and drove a battery and new charger out to my house and problem seems to be fixed. He also asked the next day if it was still working.
I have had excellent customer service when on the phone and when the technician comes to my house but zero follow up with issues. My hoyer was sent back for repairs, they left us a loaner which was awesome. After 6 months I called to see where my hoyer was and they brought it back except it isn't fixed. It will not take a charge.

Caleb took time to explain the equipment and how to operate it. He had us change the oxygen, how to switch tanks and to hook up the tubing. He was also very kind and friendly

The woman who answered this morning was rude and brushed me off. Thanks a lot. How they received their 4.7 star rating I do not know. I’ll be going elsewhere.
I’ve lost the use of both my legs and can only get around with a walker. I merely asked if hey had any devices that could offer me support to use in conjunction with my walker.
