“The staff went above and beyond for me while my car was in the body shop for repairs. I had started the process with my insurance and they set up the rental. When I went to get the rental, there was a mix up and one wasn't available for me as I was planning. Jacob went above and beyond telling me that they were booked out for a few days, but a couple of rentals weren't picked up. If they were still available at close, he would call me back. He called and said he had a car available for me the next day, a Saturday which they are not open, and he would open up special to get me into a car. I really appreciated the willingness to help me out and to take time on his day off to get me a rental car!”
“I always drive to the Holland location from Muskegon due to the quality of service there. Employees are always very helpful and professional. Never had 1 bad experience here. I refuse to go to the Muskegon avis as the manager there is extremely rude and unprofessional, almost everyone I know that has rented from the Muskegon avis has had an issue there. So if anyone in the area is looking to rent a car it's worth taking the drive to Holland and rent, not to mention the prices are lower in Holland also because they don't have all the extra fees that the airport locations have.”
