“I always drive to the Holland location from Muskegon due to the quality of service there. Employees are always very helpful and professional. Never had 1 bad experience here. I refuse to go to the Muskegon avis as the manager there is extremely rude and unprofessional, almost everyone I know that has rented from the Muskegon avis has had an issue there. So if anyone in the area is looking to rent a car it's worth taking the drive to Holland and rent, not to mention the prices are lower in Holland also because they don't have all the extra fees that the airport locations have.”

He has helped me apply discount codes and free days and it is obvious he is customer-oriented; he is a very motivated and caring employee who wants everything right. This is a smaller, local operation, unlike LAX or DTW, so sometimes patience is required. Service is genuine, so I’ll be back.”

“To be 100% clear- this 5 ? review is for the franchise owner and employees at the Holland, specifically. I had a HORRIBLE experience with the corporate and online reservation, app, people I spoke to EVERYTHING. I reserved a truck for 2 weeks to move items to stage a house all the way in the U.P. (Im a Realtor) they called me an hour before my pick up time to tell me they had no trucks, or large SUVs. They arent sure why the only let me reserve it. And wanted to charge me extra for a van! Then my price gets doubled because they add every extra coverage that they offer and told me that I did it and couldn't change it. Then I get to the location, oh yea, there is no way to call the lical branch, and the nicest guys helped me and apologized for the inconvenience- they have been dealing with this for a while and have no control. When I dropped off the car I left a pair of earrings in it and get a call right away from Nael, and said he would put them aside for me. The location has nothing to do with the bad reviews. They do the best they can with what they are given. 1 star-corporate and 5 star franchise.”
