“After researching a good and especially ethical/moral butcher I finally found this business. We ordered a special beef cut for a German meal I planned for Thanksgiving this year (Rouladen). Albeit my husband saying he may have been a bit vague with the exact cut I needed, they did it absolutely perfect. Quality and flavour of the meat was very good for very reasonable pricing. I will definitely only come here for special orders now. Thank you so much! Excited to come back again next year!”
