I’m surprised at all the 5 star reviews. The money we spent on our bed and didn’t even last 6 months and they’d do nothing for me or another person having the same issues. So sad!

Marc is the man!!! I had always been hesitant to even go into Buis, knowing that all mattresses are made in house and I thought that we would have to invest a small mortgage to purchase a new mattress. I will be the first to admit, I was 1000% incorrect. Marc did an assessment for my husband and I, and I have to say, both of us have slept through the night more nights in the past month and a half, than we have in probably the last 5 years combined!! We have completely different preferences, but this mattress is amazing!!! Please excuse my cat Colby, he loves sheet changing day!

My husband went here before we met and loved the service & mattress he got! We needed a newer, bigger mattress after we got married & moved in together. My husband said he wanted to come back here. I'm glad we did! It was professional service and just what we wanted. We love our new mattress!! Delivery was quick and effortless as well! The whole experience was great!I appreciate the fact there's no pressure and you don't have someone following you around like a fly either, but if you have questions, they're there! Would definitely come back again!!

We had a custom made Olympic Queen size mattress made by Buis Mattress 2 1/2 years ago and couldn't be happier with our mattress! They gave wonderful suggestions and advice as we worked to ensure a good fit on our queen bed frame and with our current headboard. Our larger mattress is still like new and very cozy, wonderfully supportive, and comfortable. Every single night as I slide into bed, I still think how happy I am with our mattress choice!

As a proud repeat customer, we couldn't be happier. Sales staff is helpful, informative and professional. Delivery & setup was perfect...on time, polite, neat and efficient. Our new mattress has been perfect. Our backs are sooooo happy! On our guest beds, our overnight guests complement them --even after 15 years! So glad we came back to Buis.
