We are from Arizona and were not familiar with the market or area in Holland at all. Briana took all the info of what we were looking for and selected multiple properties for us to look at. When we met up with her she went over the area, the properties and ones she though fit our selection criteria. We looked at three properties, one was perfect, we did not expect to find the right fit on the first trip. After selecting the property, Briana walked us through how things worked in Michigan and the overall process. We discussed strategy on pricing and approach, and settled on how to put in the offer. Briana kept us well informed, helped us through the requirements process to give us the best chance of being successful bidders. Well, we looked at the property on Saturday, put in the offer Saturday night and Briana called us Tuesday with the great news that we were the successful bidder--she was right on with her approach. Since we were back in Arizona Briana coordinated all the activities through the complete process of documentation, funding, inspections, Title Company and so forth.Once completed, Briana was able to give us all the connections for utilities necessary and gave us recommendations for other work we wanted to have done before moving in. All recommendations were excellent and top grade.Best part was our granddaughter was there to pick up keys for us, Briana met her at the house with a welcome sign and balloons, it was great.Certainly recommend Briana and her staff highly.
