Do NOT pay Boer's for insurance on your household goods move. They encouraged me to increase my coverage, fir more money of course, which I did, and when I went to file a claim, Mayflower said I was not insured. I tried to contact Boer's about it but never got a response. So my box is missing and I paid for insurance that didn't exist. I will never recommend Boer's/Mayflower to anyone I like or respect. At the very least, Boer's should reimburse me for the insurance i paid for, but they won't contact me so I got screwed.

Initially went very well using them for moving to a new home. Then moving day came and went all down hill. We're quoted for $2700 and approx 6 hrs with 4-5 movers, turned into $5100 and took 12hrs with 5 people. The estimator came to our house moving from and looked at every room top to bottom and outside etc so I thought the estimate would be close. Then they broke our coffee table and tread mill and only offered a sorry and nothing else. The movers were great! But the office personnel were not helpful or seemed like they cared at all. Would not recommend. To the company: Clean up your act, try to care more, and please get people to estimate that actually know what it will truly cost and the time it will take.

We used the packing service for 3/4 of the house and moved out of state. Packers were thorough and wrapped everything carefully.My warning to you is surrounding the financials. We were quoted an amount for the whole house, then, after downsizing nearly half our furniture and lots of clothing/ kitchenware, our quote did not change! We ended up paying the same amount as was initially quoted after having downsized AND packing up our kitchen (neither of which we part of the initial quote). This dishonesty makes me question the motives and virtue of the company. I would not recommend using them if you want to get what you pay for. I’d explore other options.Services: Interstate moving

We recently used Boers Transfer and Storage to move into our new home. This was our 3rd move in 2 years and Boers Transfer and Storage was by far the best moving company we used. The team was prompt, professional, kind, and extremely efficient. I cannot reccomend them enough!

Boers Transfer and Storage truly professional. If you need to move call Boers. First Dan came and reviewed our needs and then a second time to make sure everything was going as planned. The packers were great and the movers got the job donein a hurry. Everything from the beginning to the end could not have gone smother without the professionalism of Boers Transfer and Storage.

Our family was in a pinch and needed movers. Dan, made every effort to reach out to us and get an estimate as quickly as possible. In the end, the dates did not work, but he still helped us get plugged in with their sister company and make sure we were able to get professional movers by the date we needed. He was professional and prompt.

Boer's has moved my business furniture and other unusual items a couple of times. Their movers listen to your concerns; handle your property carefully; and are very efficient. A nice group of guys.
