The lack of communication throughout the process was very frustrating. My car was supposed to be fixed in 2-3 weeks, it took 9. There was a valid reason for the delay, but no one reached out to let me know. 2⭐s for the lack of communication.”

“While reading this review keep in mind that this shop took my vehicle in while already booked, provided the best personal customer experience I could have asked for, and fixed my Jeep perfectly after a big buck took out my front end. The biggest part - this was a overhaul and redo from a collision shop that just got paid almost $10000 and a horrible job! “I recently had to have my car repaired due to 2 accidents I was involved in. That also meant working with 2 different insurance companies. I have to commend Joe Schulte for his diligence and knowledge in how to handle both companies so that the repairs were both done at the same time for the best estimate possible. Mannes is a quality shop that does not use second hand or refurbished parts which I really appreciated. Joe really was conscientious in his abilities to keep me, the customer, top of mind as far as out of pocket expenses. Tara, their receptionist, also did a great job when it came to setting appointments and keeping me informed of when my car would be ready. She also worked with the rental car company to coordinate the details of having the rental available and returning it after I picked up my car. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Mannes Body Shop and the great crew they have working there. I’d heartily recommend this business to anyone needing body work on their car.”
