Sales associates are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of jeans and a sweater there recently and am very happy with the fit and quality. When I have more time to shop I will definitely look to try on swimwear as they carry quite a large variety.

Simply THE BEST! Every time I have been in the store (and I shop a lot) the customer service is top notch! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest - just the kind of service you’d expect for a boutique! Keep up the great work …I’ll be back !

Amazing selection of swimsuits and clothing for ALL ages and body types. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes to helping find a good fit. Favorite store in Holland.

Although the men’s selection isn’t huge there’s a lot of cool, nice quality options. Staff was helpful checking in as I browsed making sure that I found the coolest new options in the correct sizes. Will be back.

I came here looking for a swimsuit on 8/12 and immediately was impressed by the store and it’s set up. The swimsuits are great quality and overall very pretty. However the staff hounded me the entire time I was in the store following me and every time I picked up an item they commented on it said “That suits so cute!! I love that suit” which was nice at first but after the fourth suit it became insincere and kind of smothering. Then when I tried on said swimsuits they made a note to check in and see which ones I had even asking if I had a specific suit they had noticed was missing. Then when I decided to buy the swimsuit I was trying on I left to do a once over the store and the associate followed me and insisted she take the swimsuit (that I was buying) out of my hands and behind the desk. That was the final straw for me at that point it felt that the staff believed I was stealing and there was no way to convince them otherwise. So I did a once over of the store and returned to pay for the swimsuit that had been taken away me. Bring younger I do not usually confront adults when they are rude to me, but I quietly mentioned to the woman at the counter that I felt that the way they had acted towards me came off a bit rude. She erupted and loudly explained that “that was store policy” and the way they treat everyone and that “she was sorry I was offended” but no one thought I was stealing (which confirmed that they were as I had not mentioned that to her). As for store policy no one hounded my grandma across the store from me nor repeatedly checked in. I am truly disappointed and embarrassed as I have never been treated this way in my life.

HORRIBLE! I was at your store over the weekend with my daughter and her friends. Your Sales staff hounded them and followed them so closely they thought they were doing something wrong. when i asked "do you need something" they said no but continued to move as the group moved thru the store. It was so bad, all three staff following the group so closely other customers were wondering what was going on. My husband asked why they were following the girls and your associates said, our manager wants us to check on our customers. While this may be true, hoovering to the point of intrusive, stalking behavior and making sure that the group was surrounded at all times is beyond appropriate. I understand watching for shoplifters, but this was ridiculous. Will not shop here again, will not take my daughters here. i have never been to a store where the staff was so rude, accusatory and just plain inappropriate.

My sisters, young daughter, mother and I are on a girls trip. Some of us are very curvy, some of us are tiny, and we struggled for two days to find my mom something in her size to wear for her 50th wedding anniversary. We shopped all over St. Joseph and Holland but no one stocks clothes in 1x or 2x. Then we walked into this store and they even had them marked to find easily. All of us had a Pretty Woman moment trying on clothes. The young women that helped us were exceptional, they were excellent at advising what looked good and when a different size my be better. They even found dresses my young daughter would like and quickly figured out what she loved. We had such a great time, the clothes are diverse in style and size and everyone found something they loved. I cannot say enough about the women that helped us, the owner's are incredibly lucky to have them as employees! We will most definitely be returning, thank you for making our day!

Mother in law walked in last week looking for a black belt, only to be responded back by the sales woman/associate with a statement of "not for a woman of your size". From discussion with other families and friends that have been here, similar experiences not always as forth coming has been experienced. I'll never purchase a gift card from this place again and neither will our family.

This store discriminated against my son. He has autism and they humiliated him. He had a horrible experience and I reported it right away. No one took any info to investigate. I posted on Facebook and they block me and told me they called the police and that this looks bad for their Christian store. The owner, Mary and her daughter have been taking turns screaming at me on the phone and told me to come down to their store face to face - they wanted a time and date. I believe they were going to harm me for exposing them.
