We had our ( bonus )daughters tire ( a new one.) replaced , we thought she needed 2. we also asked to have the back 2 checked. he told us they were fine. no need for new back tires . They called us a half hour later and said that she only needed one new tire in the front, we were extremely happy with the honesty and the efficiency ! great place to go highly respected by us. Thank you belle tire for your service and help !

They can never fit anyone in for a simple fix. Always too busy. Have to make an appointment. For later in the week or the following week. If you have an appointment, good place to get tires.

Poor customer service. Had a near flat tire on my rental vehicle and was told to bring it to Belle Tire to have it looked at. When I called ahead in the morning, they said they could fit me in over lunch, but did not have any openings after work, which was completely fine! After driving all the way out there during lunch, I was told by Rob that they did not have any openings today and would have to keep my rental car until tomorrow. I questioned this, and showed him that I had called in earlier and was told differently by their staff. He told me that was not their phone number, so I clicked on the number and called again—sure enough, their phone rang. Rob then had the excuse that they haven’t had appointments all day. If that was the case, I would have understood and appreciated not making a trip over there on a near flat tire and wasting time, only to be told something different than I was told by their staff earlier. If you want better customer service, Discount Tire is the superior option!!

Went for an alignment, They Did a good job getting me in but the first issue was being quoted $70 to tighten 2 nuts on my tie rods 45 minutes after dropping the car off. I went and picked my car back up and brought it back home to tighten 2 nuts that didn't even take 5 minutes. Brought it back and they did my alignment, since then I've had 3 lugnuts fall off on the highway costing me $30 for the specific lugnuts for my rims and a headache from hearing my tires flop around. I checked all my lugnuts again after replacing the ones that fell off and 4 were just hand tight. My wheels are only 4 Lug so when one falls off It's dangerous. Please double check your lugnuts when you get your vehicle back home as I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Belle Tire once again provided excellent service and their focus on helping customers in a tough spot is amazing. A family member was in West Michigan and experienced vandalism where every car in their hotel parking lot had the tires punctured overnight. They made time to take care of it on a Saturday with a busy schedule and got them back on the road and headed home. Those kind of situations are so frustrating and knowing you can count on Belle Tire is a good feeling.

We have all our tire needs taken care of here. Recently, I took my son's car here for a slow leak in one of the tires. They replaced a leaking valve stem... good as new. Maybe it's because I am a regular customer, but they did not charge me for it. What makes it even more impressive is that this tire was not purchased at Bell Tire (it was on the car when we bought it). This kind of service is why I keep going to them for all my tire needs.

Super impressive service all around. Thanks Andy and team! I’ve been coming here for years and never been disappointed only pleased. Again super pleased with this place. Called Muskegon and was told 3 days before they can fix a flat already off the vehicle, called Holland and they got me in in 15 minutes! thanks Rob & Carlos :)
