They let me sit for 90 minutes because they forgot. Then said they couldn’t repair the tire and it would have to be replaced. Took it to another tire shop who patched the tire in 30 min. I will not be using Belle Tire in the future.

I'm very disappointed with my service today. I came in for an oil change which took about an hour and a half. But the worst part of it was, when my car was done, they parked my car at the very end of their parking lot. Atleast 50 yards from the door, and the weather is horrible, cold and rainy. So what kind of person would park across the parking lot when there are plenty of open spots near the door. I did see other people pick up their car close to the door, but my car was all the way across the lot, so I had to walk in this bad weather to my car. Maybe I'm the wrong shade for them. Just ridiculous service.

Reasonable priced tires, luckily they had some in stock to fit my truck and could get me in since mine had cords showing. I did have to come back later in the afternoon to get tires put on.

My dad picked up a nail on our way from Holland to Muskegon. We saw Belle Tire & stopped. My dad (80) went in & they said they'd get in. Jason said they were a guy short but they'd get to it as fast as they could. We ate our Panda Express inside. Jason was humming to the music & I loved it. Then he came to us & said it was ready & it was free. It only took 20-25 mins. Dad was astounded. Such good service front & back. We (and everyone else we talk to) will never go to any place but Belle Tire. Thank you.

Stopped by to get a leaking tire patched on a roadtrip, and they took care of me, without an appointment, in under two hours, and did not charge. Great place, would definitely recommend giving them your business.

Brought car for alignment because they had last minute appointment. The tech came back after 10 minutes and said they cannot do an alignment due to everything on my car suspension was bad and it was 2k to fix. First, I know it wasn't bad as I changed suspension parts recently. Took it somewhere else and had them inspect and align the car. Not surprised there was no issue with any of the suspension components. Belle tire does this often and if you know nothing about cars they will cheat you. Best recommendation is stay away from Belle tire. Very shady people and business model. One positive was they had a comfortable chair in the waiting area so at least you will be comfortable as you get ripped off.

I called because I had a nail in my tire and I needed help with that. I asked a few questions. Staff on the phone was OK. Not super friendly. I didn't want to go in after the way I was talked to.
