The book part of barns and nobles is great love it so much staff who checks you out is super nice! But when I went to the cafe to order some coffee the employee working was having a good conversation with the customer before me but when it came to taking my order she was rude and was trying to rush me and my mom out of there. I only got a cake pop and was going to buy my mom a drink but after she got the cake pop she told me the total and then tapped the no tip on my screen and didn’t give me a choice. It was a terrible experience and she was very rude to me and my mom. The overall experience felt very terrible

The smell of coffee brewing and new books ready to be picked up. Always a wonderful place to wander around and spend $80 when you only planned on spending $10

Staff was helpful, especially the women with short blonde hair who helped my daughter and her friend with book suggestions. We were on vacation and the girls "needed" more books like always and I'm so glad we stopped into this barnes and noble.

This Barnes and Noble location aligns with the standard expectations of the chain, offering a familiar ambiance and layout. However, it was observed that their inventory was somewhat lacking in the specific areas of Architecture and Engineering. Consequently, for those particular needs, I find myself inclined to explore online purchasing options.
