I purchased a Hybrid Maverick recently and the experience was good at Barber Ford. There were supply chain issues with parts and my salesman Matt kept me updated with the model year rollover we had to do. I was so happy they installed some accessories I ordered before I picked it up. Will recommend.

I am usually very happy with my Barber service. But, when I brought the car in, they asked me if I wanted the “works” package, and I said that I just wanted an oil change. But, when I checked out, I was charged with the works package which is considerably more money. Also, when I brought the car in, I asked for new wipers. After the work was done, he told me they didn’t replace my wipers because the technician didn’t feel it was necessary. I wasn’t happy. I asked for new wipers and I should have gotten them. Period. I went to Auto Zone and got them the same week.

Such an amazing experience! Highly recommend. I received the full works, and I am very happy with the results. Not only that, but Barber Ford made it such an effortless process on my part. They came and picked up my car from my office while I was working, took it to get serviced, and brought it back to my office. If you've been pushing off your car servicing date, call them today! :)

I brought my 2021 Ford F-150 Pickup Truck to Barber Ford for a routine oil change. Oil was spilled all over the top of the engine, and engine compartment. There were puddles of oil on parts on top of the engine. This left a very strong odor of burnt oil inside the cab of the truck. They took it back in to wash out the top of the engine. However, there was still spilled oil all over the frame and bottom sides of the engine compartment after they washed it. This all took 3 hours and 10 minutes while waiting for the service completion. There is still the very strong odor of burnt oil in the cab that my wife and I have to breathe in. Their final answer to this completely in unacceptable service was, "Sorry". They did nothing further to rectify the odor and fumes inside or truck.

Oil change & tire rotation got done...finally!! Being we've been told & it's usually a 1 hour wait is understandable but the 2 hour wait was ridiculous!!! Waiting area was full & busy. I'm sure we weren't the only not happy customer! Not too many appointments should be scheduled if they can't handle it!!

Our service rep, Chris did us a great service. Highly recommend this person as a honest and trustworthy person who stood by his word and took care of my daughters needs as well as taking care of her safety. Pete was able to get a loaner car at the last minute. Chris knows his tires and explains things well. I appreciated that he was able to “teach” my daughter and not take advantage of her. He treated her like I would expect him to have treated his own daughter. I really appreciated his time. I could tell he was putting in some long days and still showed patience and grace. Thank you Chris and Pete. This is why we’ve purchased and serviced many cars here.

I recently worked with Joe in buying a new-to-me vehicle and I absolutely could not have been happier with the service I received here. Joe was very kind and attentive to what I was looking for and my options for financing. He was very patient with me as I am hearing impaired and my hearing aids were on the fritz. Fortunately, Joe and his team were kind enough to accommodate my needs in order to get me set up in a new vehicle and go through the process. It took almost a month to get my car in to have my seat belt looked at that was not retracting. Finally got it in and had a 8:30 am appointment, 4:30 pm that same day it wasn’t even looked at yet. They looked at it the next day and told me it was user error and I had to pay because it was not covered under the warranty because it was my error. I am pretty sure I know how to work a seatbelt. I paid for the Ford extended warranty when I purchased my car and I will be finding a different Ford dealer to take my car to in the future.

I just purchased a 2023 Ford Escape. Barber Ford was so helpful in getting a car to me. My old car (also a Ford Escape) was totaled in a car accident. I called Zach Eno. He worked hard to find a car I would be happy with. After that car accident, I trust Ford more than ever. I had minor injuries and the safety features were outstanding.

I was in need of a new battery for my car so I stopped in at Barber Ford on my lunch break to see if I could get it done. Unfortunately, all if their techs were at lunch so they didn't have anyone to do it right away. I'll be perfectly honest, I was a bit frustrated by that because I would have thought that they would have the techs rotate their lunch breaks so that someone was available and customers weren't completely SOL from 12pm to 1pm. Either way, I left there kind of frustrated and went back to work. Shortly after I got back to work, Barber Ford called me and asked me the address of where my car was located. I gave them the address and within 30 minutes, their mobile tech was at my work and changed my battery in the parking lot. I was even able to pay for the battery with the tech and didn't have to go to the dealership for that. I absolutely loved this! Once again, thank you Barber Ford for making my life easier. I truly appreciate it!
