Thank U Matt Stoh (sp?)! He sold me an awesome new Ford Explorer ST under the X Plan. It was fast; he matched me to the right car within minutes. Came in the morning, test drove at lunch and bought in the afternoon. Car has everything I wanted and more-wireless charger cubby-hole thingy!, heated steering wheel (trust me it's nice in Mich), AWD modes to get thru heavy snow & Christmas '22 saw a doozy here!, and it's rapid red 6 cylinder monster on the road! Thanks Barber!

In need of a new - used - car. I picked out 3 to look at on a Saturday. First stop: Barber Ford. Mark Strikwerda came out to greet us as we looked at a 2008 Ford Edge. Great guy. Never a doubt about his honesty / ntegrity. After a test drive we went back to buy the car. Wanting some service work done, we agreed to pick up the car on Thursday. That gave me 5 days to get cold feet. Twice, Mark gently guided me thru it. I'm so happy he did. I highly recommend Mark Strikwerda and Barber Ford and their service department.

I have been with Barber for 6 years getting the best car service possible. The attention to my needs upon purchasing a new truck was outstanding. I'm back looking into yet another truck and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Grateful for the no nonsense approach when buying a new car.

I have been taking my 2016 Ford to RE Barber for bout 3 years and have always been happy with service except for the last time, they told me I needed new lugnuts. Ive been driving 40 years and had never heard of that, but the gentleman was very insistant on it. Finally I said go ahead . I had even told him i'd never heard of that. I have since talked to several people and the look at me like Im crazy.....I was charged 120.00 to replace them. Feel like Ive been had. Not happy.... Bev D.

I bought my 2014 Ford Edge and have had wonderful luck! it's a fun and dependable vehicle. The service department are all very nice and helpful Marisol has just been super great!Recently Mark from used cars found a wonderful F150 - Couldn't be happier with his help and this truck. Mark helped us for a few months to find the right F150! Randy in finance was super on finding us the best way to purchase further coverage. Everyone was super patient with purchasing the F150 and we love it!!! A 5.0 motor and Barber Ford can be a game changer ! Thank you all who work at Barber Ford to make this happen!!!!

My 2018 F150 was in for some recall work. Since I was close to my 20k mi service time I had Jake the service writer tell me about and schedule the service as the truck would be in for the recall anyway. So while the recall work was being done they did "The Works" service package which included oil change, inspection of critical systems and a "Tire Rotation"... here's where it gets sketchy. I picked up my truck, paid for "the works", and drove home. On the drive home I shuttled through my in dash menu and noticed that my tire pressure readings are at the same numbers as before the service. Front passenger tire under pressure by about 5 lbs. I made note of these numbers before hand as I was concerned about that tire and wanted to make sure it was not slow leaking. That tires rim also has a distinct scratch on the rim. So when I got home... yup that tire had not been rotated. Not a huge deal but the extra cost for "the works" included rotations of tires. They did find that my brakes were in dire need of replacing in the rear and want to charge me $700 for 2 brakes. After calling my regular mechanic his quote for the same job was $450... so there's that. The point that prompted me to write this review was two fold. I called them and asked some pretty leading questions. "Do you remove the tires from the rims to rotate them?" I asked as non informed as I could. I was told by another service tech that that would not be the way to do a proper rotation. To which I responded that they had not rotated the tires at all. This guy stumbled and stuttered and said I needed to talk to Jake! Well I left my name and number and asked to speak to Jake at his earliest convenience. That was 2 weeks ago, today's mail reminded me that I still need to make my appointment for an over priced brake job...If you can't rotate some tires during an oil change (assuming you actually changed my oil) and you don't have the professionalism to own up to a simple mistake and call me back, then send me junk mail to tell me I need to spend even more money, why would I ever come back?!?! I was ok being ignored, don't spam me after a bad experience.
