I was at this auto zone yesterday, May 26th, 2024. I witnessed the manager (couldn’t get her name in time) chasing down, screaming and yelling and waving her finger in the face of her employee who had asked for a break, was given permission, and then was chased down and screamed at in front of about 5-6 customers. This was disgusting behavior and she should not be allowed to manage a store if she has to get in someone’s face to scream and yell at them. I’m not sure what the employees name was but she was an elder woman about 60 and she was AMAZING after what just happened to her. Helped me find my brakes, with a smile on her face. Maybe y’all should consider promoting the employee who showed me amazing customer service after getting spit on from loud yelling. She deserves it. That manager doesn’t.

After reading past reviews, I can see what I'm about to write is not a new occurrence.
I went in today to buy some replacement lugnuts and the moment I walked in I was greeted with screaming. I was not the only customer in the store at the time, and it was loud enough that everybody heard it. Turned out that it was the manager shouting very meanly at her coworker (not her employee, because people with that management style do not deserve to be in that role) about something. She did not care if customers witnessed, and even carried the yelling into the parking lot for more than customers to witness. And beyond that, the employee that got screamed at acted with such tact and wonderful customer service after the fact that I'm terrified to assume she has had to wipe her tears and bear this too many times. This is really beyond acceptable, and enough of a reason for me to shop elsewhere. I work on cars daily, and so the need for parts is abundant. If this manager continues to berate and talk down to her coworkers like this, I will not be getting said parts from this store anymore.

I’m absolutely mortified by the behavior of your very own manger, Katie Chamberlain. The way she yelled at customers and how her demeanor was uncalled for! The lady who was help us said she acts this way all the time. I’m still in total shock. If she continues to work for your company I’m sure you will lose not only customers, but employees. Too sad.

Had some aftermarket parts on my jeep and no idea what parts I needed to purchase. The AutoZone associate offered to help. He pulled everything apart and found exactly what I needed. I wish I caught his name - glasses, hat and arm tattoo. THANK YOU.

I’ve been there a few times and Angela (who I think is the manager) has horrible customer service skills and quite frankly is down right unpleasant. Each time I’ve been in she’s been argumentative and abrasive when I ask questions, I’m asking because I don’t know, and I looking for guidance. She didn’t stop to listen to me but rather continue to interject and treat me as if I’m supposed to know. I’ve also witness this behavior when she works with others. I’m finding either another location or another place shop. At least Google doesn’t talk back, it educates and doesn’t give attitude.

The staff here were so kind from the second I walked in the door. Angela was so helpful and the guy who put in my car battery was so nice and it did it so fast. Would highly recommend this autozone

Had bought brand new battery. Had oil change at oil change facility. They checked said it was not in the cold crank range it should be. So went back to auto to have them check. They could not check because their equipment will not check under different cold crank temp. It's written on the battery that they sell. Their battery checker will not it only checks at zero temp. Very disappointed. Should have better euipment if your going to check battery other than bad or good. Otherwise very good people and friendly no other real trouble with other products.

AutoZone has been a long time Staple in the Holland area I like to go there because there's never a long wait and they usually always have what I need and usually the prices are comparable if not even sometimes better to shopping online and if they don't have the parts you need at the store you're at it can sometimes even get them from stores across town or in the area but they're always glad to help it seems. It's my go-to stop anytime I need car parts.
