So I was with my daughter and my girlfriend's daughter going from Otsego to Muskegon today. When we made it to Holland I heard a bad grinding noise coming from my front passenger wheel. I pulled off at the BP gas station to check it out and found that one of the caliper brackets bolts was gone. I got on the phone with AutoZone over on 32nd St. in Holland and told them what was going on. I told them I didn't have any tools in my truck. I asked if there was anyway they could bring me the bolt and possibly a socket wrench that would fit. They didn't even hesitate. Within no time they showed up. Even helped me. Got it buttoned up (replaced both caliper bracket bolts) and folled them back to AutoZone and paid for the part. Huge.......HUGE shout-out to Matt and Dewey at AutoZone. They saved my a$$.

I am a former employee. And am a current commercial client. Your employees are horrible and know nothing. And when I worked there and you had a good crew your district manager ran us out. Along with your loss prevention guy and your regional manager. I now work for orileys and get massive customer complaints about your autozone.

I had a warning light come on in my vehicle. After doing some research online, I came to the conclusion that my battery terminals were loose. I brought my vehicle to AutoZone to have it checked out. The service I received from Dewey and his staff exceeded my expectations by far! Dewey tested my battery, tightened things up, and I was good to go. The warning light disappeared after he did his thing. Thank you, AutoZone!
