Completely rude on the phone. Cut me off multiple times while talking and treated me like I didn’t know what I was doing. I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this place.

Good customer service, they knew how to prioritize between the incoming phone calls and the customers standing in front of them. Thats important, everyone should know how to do this at every parts store.
