We had our Acura MDX serviced at Auto Exchange and they did a fine job. We needed routine maintenance and everything was checked and the numbers were updated on the car so we have everything corrected for the next time service is needed. We were really pleased with the service we got.

Great crew. I've purchased vehicles and also returned them for periodic breakdowns/repairs. Chip does a nice job, goes above and beyond. This is a great place to take Subarus for repairs in the Holland area.

Came in to buy a car his finance guy was have a hard time using there lenders and couldn’t get answers needed to do it being the weekend. He said he would work on it Monday and get back with me as well as I offered to put cash down to hold the car and said I would talk to my bank on Monday and we would close the deal. Not even 2 hours after our hand shake that in my time was a deal… he calf and sold the car to someone else. This place has no integrity

We had an excellent experience working with Chip in picking out a replacement car for my son who was involved in an accident. Why is it not a 5 star?Positive: Davis is a low pressure, knowledgeable young man! Excellent to work with. Every employee I came in contact with was professional and nice. I bought a beautiful 2012 Subaru Legacy. Very nice car! Would I buy from them again? More than likely, because the sales experience, mixed with the vehicle I bought, was pretty great overall!Negative: Unfortunately two weeks after owning this vehicle I needed to replace the tensioner pully. That cost me $200.00 out of pocket. 1 day after that, my rear brake line broke. I called Davis and right away they took the car in and had mechanics work on it. (Positive!) When we found out the issue, they were willing to split the cost with me in half. (Positive. A lot of places wouldn't do that) The negative side was now I was another $240.00 out of pocket. So in less than one month, after purchasing a car ($3000.00 cash down as well) I was another $440.00 out of pocket.It sucks, but I understand that things break. I was willing to look past the $200 out of my pocket and I would have given 5 star review if they were willing to eat the cost of the $240.00.Still a great place to go overall!
