“Wow!!!! I live in a 4 bedroom two full bath separated condo on the ocean with 7 swimming pools, kayaking, a lot of amenities for a LOT LESS!!! I cross the street and there is the ocean. A private beach It’s a private gated community with security 2 car garages and a front and back yard that is ours. I am astounded how much Michigan has changed and corrupted. Realtors are so greedy, homes and apartments overpriced from the 1950’s. Yet I see empty housing everywhere in West Michigan/concealed inventory from the public. There is no housing shortage in West Michigan If so, why? Whom does it benefit? You all

Now they are depressed and young, educated. I would not live in these apartments if you paid me. They are a rip off and all look like death warmed over. Why can’t something look homey? “We’ve been residents for a little over 4+ years and had nothing but great experiences! Maintenance man on duty is extremely attentive and is easily one of the nicest people I know. Any problem we’ve had with the home, big or small, he’d be sure to get the job done even if it’s on non working days!! Absolutely grateful for him! I’ve personally had no problems at all with communicating with the front office and they’ve always been kind and accommodating. Parking is slightly hectic but overall I’d recommend the community to anyone interested.”
