The thought of selling our house was in a word - overwhelming and yet exciting. Ok that’s two words. So many emotions, worries, expectations, and sleepless nights were the theme of the day.
We couldn’t have done any of the process without the wonderful help from Megan Wert. She listened to us, reassured us, laughed with us, and most importantly, understood all those concerns listed above so that we could have restful nights!
We appreciated her honesty, hard work, and dedication in selling our home. Along with selling, she was the key to us finding the right place to put down roots for the future.

Dylan Jonker at the Andrea Crossman Group helped me find my dream cottage on Lake Macatawa in Holland. I had been looking for two years, but not finding what we needed in my price range. Dylan worked with us for over 6 months, finding off-market properties and helping us crystallize our criteria. As we approached the spring, I worried that I wouldn't find a property - or a nanny and camps for my kids - in time. Dylan delivered. Now, we have a beautiful 6 bedroom home on the lake with a huge yard and dock - and access to Lake Michigan. He's been great to work with and is now a great friend as well. Thank you, Dylan and Andrea Crossman Group for helping us find our cozy cottage on Lake Mac!

Agent Kevin Cozzie and Crystal Sarmiento are terrific professionals who worked diligently to sell my home, which was presented beautifully. Supported by the whole Crossman Group expertise and in concert with Nicole Gonzalez at Chicago Title, every detail was accurately addressed, no task had to be redone, and all sales leads were followed up on. In the busy lakeshore real estate market I am glad I chose the broad reach of the Andrea Crossman Group and the local + Chicago knowledge of Agent Kevin Cozzie for this sale. He got it done.

Our agent was Dylan Jonker. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Although he is young in age, he showed expertise and wisdom beyond his years as far as how to navigate in the world of real estate. However, my highest accolade regarding Dylan is that he truly cared for us and wanted the best for us. He most definitely was not just about the sale. He desired for us to be completely happy with the house we eventually purchased and even discouraged us from “settling” for something less than what we wanted. Even though our search for our new home took 6 months or more, we ended up with exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much to Dylan!

We talked to about 4 realtor groups with a idea of a price in mind. 2 said no way, 120,000$ less. 1 said do 40-80k in additions, and tried to convince my wife and I.Michelle and Kevin said it's aggressive but let's go for it. Sold for 100k over what everyone else said it was worth and in a short period of time.
