Rude customer service, went in to look at some boots and asked a simple question about the label on the box so I knew what to show my company so they can order the product and the lady made a few snotty remarks like I should know the answer like I’m a professional shoe sales person. Pretty rude. Im all for supporting local companies but if i was paying for this product myself I’d buy them some where else.

The selection was very broad, even for a guy who wears size 14EE boots and 3-4XLT clothing. The staff was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed!

I received such great service yesterday from the lady working, who was extremely patient with me. I think I probably tried on 6 or 7 pairs of shoes before I found the perfect pair needed for work!

Poor customer service, Elder lady in the back was extremely rude with an attitude and she quickly snagged my boots up when I told her I was going to keep looking. I asked her a question and she said "if I looked then I would have known"

We are so grateful to this company! Just had to give a huge shout out to them for giving our son a face shield and ear muff combo for his hard hat. These are required for his construction labs. They gave these to him completely free of charge. Their only requirement was that he stay in college and get his education. Isn’t that cool? They just wanted to bless him on his new journey into construction management at Ferris State. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again when we have industrial needs.
