I needed a screen repaired. Called Zeeland Ace, 1 week! I thought that seemed excessive.. I called Gemmens Ace. "we're pretty caught up, it will be about a week".???
I dropped it off at this Ace. They said a day or two. It was THREE HOURS! ?

What a great buying experience. The grill at my vacation rental failed and needed immediate replacement and the old grill hauled off. Dave, the salesman was very accommodating in helping me track down the grill I needed, empathetic to might situation, as well as very knowledgeable about the product itself.
He not only got me a great Weber Summit at a great price, but he also got me a great turn around time on the delivery, helping me calm down my upset renters. 5 stars because I can’t put down 10.
If your buying a grill, I would buy it from Visser!!!!

It's ok. They have stuff but you have to know what you're looking for because the staff is all young and they really know nothing about any skilled labor. So don't even waste your time asking them for advice on whatever you're fixing. Which is totally ok and understandable because I know they aren't paid to have knowledge. They are very friendly and can point you in the right direction.

The folks who in this store treat me as though I am their most important customer, no matter whether I have come to purchase a snow blower or to buy just a few nuts and bolts.
As soon as I enter, someone always greets me, and asks if I require assistance. Their store is always well stocked and orderly.
Being in the ACE Hardware store on Lincoln Avenue, in Holland, is like stepping back in time when service was personal, and we were always treated as being valued customers.

I needed to have a key made. The gentleman that I asked told me that they provide that service. Made my key in less than 5 minutes. Very helpful. Very nice hardware store. Ace is the place.

I have been visiting Visser Ace Hardware for almost a year, and I can confidently say this is the best Ace Hardware store I've ever been to. Here's why: Every time I walk through the door, someone is there to greet me and help me find what I'm looking for. I never have to wait, and they always welcome me with a smile, knowing me by name. If they don't have what I need, they order it for me, and it's available within a few days.
No other store I've been to offers this level of customer support and kindness. The genuine care shown to customers as they walk through the door is amazing. Other Ace Hardware stores could learn a lot from Visser Ace Hardware about handling their customers. In other stores, salespeople often just sit around doing nothing, but that's not the case at Visser’s. Their customer service is the best in Holland. I am willing to drive 28 minutes from Grand Haven to Holland to receive such exceptional service. Thank you for providing great hometown customer service!

Excellent customer service today when I went in for key copies. The hardware stores near my house use self service kiosks for keys now. I'm on a computer all week long, I don't want to deal with one on the weekends, so I went out of my way to get keys the "old fashioned" way. They were done quickly and correctly with zero work on my part. The young lady who made them for me was super nice. We'll worth the trip. Thank you!
