The lack of communication throughout the process was very frustrating. My car was supposed to be fixed in 2-3 weeks, it took 9. There was a valid reason for the delay, but no one reached out to let me know. 2⭐s for the lack of communication.

ABRA in Holland, MI is a great place to take your car to for fast and perfect repairs. They are fast, accurate and reasonable. I had work done on my BMW 5 series. They ordered the parts, matched the color and repaired the vehicle in one day. The whole team is fantastic and the owner Nate is very efficient. Thanks for all your help.
