The payment system harsh I made early payment before the date but instead I been charged twice on that date and made my bank account negative and my bank charged me overdraft fee ?

People give them a bad rep because of their high prices and how they badger you once you don't pay. Come on people. You know their prices are high when you sign the paperwork. You know that if you don't pay they're coming for their stuff. The bad reviews don't make any sense. I've had to use these places several times. Don't get mad when they come for their stuff due to non payment. That's totally on you.

So i talk to a manager yesterday to discuss about the stuff i got to see can i return it because the table wasnt build right the couch have a tear on it when they brought into my house they told me they didn't see that until they brought it into my house so the manager supposed to call me back yesterday and did so i call him back today a other guy told me he was in a interview and he will get him a note to call me so i didnt recieve no call again and this was at 1:30. so i call them back they told me he left for the day. So people dont buy anything from them at all

Rick set me up with a laptop and convinced me to get the warranty too. Said it would be the smartest choice in case something happens to the laptop. He said it would be active immediately. If something happens to it NEXT WEEK they could help me out. A few days after getting the laptop it started freezing and crashing. It’s been a few weeks and I decided I’m not going to keep this laptop and continue paying for it if I can’t even use it. It got to the point it wouldn’t even turn on. It was stuck in a loop restarting over and over again. I took it Back and told James what was going on and that I’m not going to keep this laptop that doesn’t even work. He said I’m still responsible for payments, and I’m responsible to get it fixed. I told him I’ve had the warranty since I got the laptop in May (2021). He said the warranty isnt active until 3 months and I have to go fix it myself. Rick told me in May that the warranty would be active immediately. Why would I keep paying for a warranty that “isn’t active”. He then said there’s nothing he can do and if I return the laptop they’ll keep charging me. This place is a joke don’t bother with them. They’ll find a loophole to screw you over somehow.

Went in on Black Friday deals and signed all paperwork and guy said no payment till 2021 so Rick asked when I want my first payment due I said will 15th of Jan be good he stated yes and corporate was setting everyone’s dates up cause of special...Well tonight I get a call and James said your payment was due on 15th and is past due.So cause of how untrained their employees are nowadays I told him they can come get their merchandise,So in other words the Black Friday deals are a freaking joke.....

Went there for a sound system that's in their ad, got there and all they had was a very used one for nearly the same price as a new one it looked like someone spilled their drinks all over it chips in the speakers scratches everywhere not tiny like at least 18 inch long snatches it should have been deeply clearanced they still wanted 1200 bucks lol that's how much they r brand new from edison!!!! Wow.

My husband and myself have been an AARONS customer for a very long time. So when we decided to make a purchase of aRiding Mower we had to go through the whole process again which made absolutely no sense because they had all of our information already. We currently still have 2 items that we are paying on, but once those are paid off we will not be shopping with AARONS any more. After a few days of sending in documents that they requested they sent an email stating that the riding mower was out of stock and that we could choose a different one or they would credit our card. So why didn’t they tell us in the beginning that it was out of stock and take the money for it. Very poor customer service and we will just take our business else where. The other rider that we were looking at is $2600 out the door but Lowe’s and Blaines sell the exact same rider for 1199. So we will just do our purchase from them. They just lost loyal and long term customers.
