Such a fantastic Auto Loan experience. Ashley R. was OUTSTANDING. Ashley was assigned to me after the previous employee (Jennifer, who was also fantastic and very helpful) had to leave unexpectedly, Ashley Jumped right in and displayed such excellent communication, promptness, and knowledge and was able to finish out the process for me.She Deserves 6 stars, but google will only allow me to choose 5 stars.

Heather, the manager made my experience here awful. Not very nice to us members when we need help and will sit around and do nothing while we wait forever to get assistance. Will not be banking with AAC any longer.

I have been looking for a institution that really truly offers products that are customizable accessible and not expensive to use. I found it having my membership with consumers credit union and really feeling like the return on it is subpar ie interest rate etc. and now having almost a 3% rate on my checking and rewards etc plus a let it grow cd product that i can get a awesome rate plus add money to it and get more for my moneys worth. I feel wow and just the service at the branch by my home and by my job. I can truly say i feel like im part of a membership that puts me first and allows me to work hand in hand with people to really make the best of my financial life. 💠â€â™‚ï¸ðŸ”¥ðŸ™ ✅ im happy with my choice and chip and heather have really made a great impression and i feel supported! Good bye consumers and hello AAC! Lol

No matter what time of day I come to this location in Holland they are slow. The staff is not rude however they never seem to smile or be personable. By the lack of enthusiasm and lack of speed it almost seems like they hate their job.

I am a member at this bank and let me tell you every time I turn around they are charging me nsf fees for things that I haven't even used and when you check you balance it gives actual and what you can spend well let me tell you that is incorrect because I was just charged 3x for stuff when my account said I stilled I had a spending limit available I highly recommend not using this bank they are not willing to figure pout the problem either they told me to call the places and figure it out how professional is that this is the north side branch as well as them telling my wife that she had to have money in her account at all times before she could even ever cash her check. save yourself the risk and go to a real bank that will take care of you.
