The Russsl Cellular Hillsdale store has turned around night and day since Store Manager Kristy took over. I refused to go into the store when it was under previous management, about 2 years ago my boss told me to go in as it was under new management. Since then I have dealt strictly with Kristy, her management skills are exemplary and they broke the mold after her. She knows her job and her products, I will never go anywhere else!!

My Fiancé and I came in and had the best experience with Kristy the store manager! She broke our new bill down for us to see how much we’d be saving a month and explained what options our new phones have that our old ones didn’t!

The employees are nice and very helpful. Kristy is a great manager she answered every question I had. And fixed all my issues and went above and beyond to make sure I found the phone and case I was looking for. Over all great people working there highly recommend to anyone who's looking for great service.

Do NOT go to hillsdale Verizon store. Manager Christy will screw you up and charge you $800 for a free phone on your bill and then tell you they won’t help you or talk to you and will call police for trespassing if you show up!!!!

Horrible service! If you have any technical issues or questions this is not the place to go. She wouldn't even take a look at my problem just told me to contact Apple. I thought they might try to help in some way but not at all she didn't even say "let me take a look". And don't respond with some generated reply on how you will look into this! Nothing will be done.

I went in for an issue I was having with my phone screen... I purchased my phone through them. The guy sitting at the desk told me there was nothing he could do, I asked if he knew how to reset it he told me that it wouldn't worked but he jumped up fast to show me promotions they have for new phones. They just want your money!!!! So I called Jacksons location and he told me what I needed to do to fix it and it worked. I gladly drove 40 minutes to get good customer service. Will not be back to Hillsdale's location, this place needs shut down. HORRIBLE!

I went to Verizon in Hillsdale to upgrade and add phones onto my plan. The tech literally ignored me and my mother when we walked in, did not make eye contact nor utter a word. As a business it is customary to at least acknowledge a person when they enter an establishment. Verizon needs to train their staff in customer service at this location as it is clearly lacking.

We tried several times to resolve an issue with Verizon Corporate, and were left extremely frustrated on each occasion. We went to Russell Cellular in Hillsdale. Kristy and Leslie did an excellent job of addressing our problem and resolving it quickly. They also informed us of better options to consider in the future.
