The customer service here is top tier. They really care about their clientele, and I am so grateful of how helpful they were in getting a bouquet of flowers to my mother for her birthday for me.

placed a order for a funeral did not get what I ordered, I picked out a picture and it wasn't even close, it was a tiny nasty little arrangement that didn't even have a design to it, it was gaudy and misshapen. I wanted a bow and didn't even get that. Disappointed.

Our team was in need of a gift for a long-time coworker (and dear friend) who was moving on to a new opportunity; unfortunately she lives in a somewhat remote area, so getting some good, local gifts seemed like it was going to be a bit of a challenge. We didn't want to go with something that would merely drop-ship in a generic brown box and big chain gift cards just didn't fit this occasion - so we reached out to Heather's Blossom Shop to see if they could help. Not only did they put together an beautiful bouquet to our specifications (and budget), but they also helped to determine the perfect gift to go along with it by sending MANY detailed pictures of trinkets they had available in the store! Beyond this, they also went out of their way to pick up a gift certificate from a nearby day spa to go along with it all. This level of customer service unfortunately doesn't exist in many places anymore, but it's nice to know Hillsdale, MI still has a bit of it left at this wonderful little shop!

Their website says guaranteed delivery. I ordered flowers from them as a birthday gift guaranteed delivery on the day. I get a text indicating they would have to reschedule delivery 5 days later. Who does that??? First and last time I will ever order from them. Just Bad business practice. Needless to say requested a full refund ASAP !!
