Took my truck in to have work done to it torque converter need to be replaced. I washed my vehicle before I took it in knowing what the outside look like . After work was done and I picked it up and noticed the front driver side fender had the paint gouged and clear coat was scuffed up dealer refused to repair the paint damage. I would advise anyone if they take their vehicle in to take pictures before they go there . I Would not recommend taking you vehicle their.

Had an issue with a key a year after purchasing vehicle, had to call 3 times to get an answer. Was promised a follow up phone call that didn’t happen from a manager which is disappointing. Understand it was a year later and frustrated that they don’t want to cover it but I get it. The lack of follow up is not good customer service, thats why I post the review and why I’m not satisfied.
UPDATED: General manager replied and listening to my feedback. Appreciate companies that listen and work to understand your perspective.

Amazing and caring staff. They go above and beyond to help their customers and accommodate as needed. Karen in their service department is the epitome of what you look for in a customer service representative. She will do whatever she can and is one of the most respectful and sweet people I have ever dealt with as a customer of any sort. Stillwell, give this lady a raise or promotion. She deserves it!

Purchased a used F-150 from a private owner. This truck had been serviced by this dealer many times for regular maintenance but still needed recalls done.
Made an appointment for the three recalls with Karen in service. Couple days before the appointment the heater hose assembly broke so we had to reschedule the recall work.
The heater hose repair took a little longer than expected and caused us to reschedule the recall work a second time. Karen rescheduled us both times and it was only a day or two from the originally scheduled appointment date vice weeks.
Finally got the truck to Stillwell and Karen was not at her desk but the great part of the Service team was the other team members knew exactly what to do vice having to wait for Karen (busy with others at the time).
I left Stillwell by way of a courtesy ride and received a call from Karen in response to some information I left with another service member about diagnosing the “Check Engine” light being on. I decided to not have them work on that during the phone call and Karen was not pushing and trying to convince me otherwise. Great understanding customer service.
The recall work and the radiator flush I requested was, unexpectedly, done that day and we picked up the truck before the service department closed.
A huge thanks to Karen and the other Service staff.

I had an excellent experience with Stillwell! I received top dollar for my trade on top of a great price for a certified used truck with a 3 year warranty. Karen, Roger and the rest of the staff were helpful, quick and efficient. It took me longer to pick up dinner at Walmart afterwards than it took to do the whole deal!!

Sent a request for price on a used vehicle as they do not list price on their website. The request specifically said price request. The response I get does not give response and I quickly receive 3 emails wanting me to come in or call them. Was not given the information requested and quickly spammed....
Update in response to their response
There were actually 4 emails. The request was sent during normal business hours. The vehicle on the website was a cobalt with no price listed. I clicked the link saying to request price. Never got price only responses wanted me to either come in or call them to schedule and appointment. Poor business practice to want someone to drive two hours just to get a price on a vehicle.

Test drove and bought a truck here with Roger. Didn't get to take it down any highways, which was convenient because I later found out it wouldn't go over 73mph. And just to add insult to injury they didn't even fill up the gas tank before I got it off the lot.
Had to put $50 of gas into the tank before I even realized the problem.
Couldn't afford to go without a vehicle for weeks while I look for a new another one, so now I'm stuck with it. Lived 2 hours away, thought I was getting a good deal so I drove the distance. Boy was I wrong.
Would never come here again, I don't even think I'll ever buy a Ford again. Thanks a million, Stillwell.

They clear codes and sell used cars that have bad transmissions. Buyer beware if a teenager is buying. Our teenager bought a car and the transmission was no good. They wanted her to pay $200 to look at the car, and then they may give a discount on fixing it.

We were looking for a very specific Durango R/T with the combination of the Tow n' Go package, specific color, 2nd row bench and low miles. It was like trying to find a unicorn, but after scouring the interwebs Stillwell Ford had exactly what we were looking for! At a super reasonable price! We traveled 1800 miles to their dealership to buy it and drive it home. They were super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, even picking us up at the airport.
When we got it home it was snowing, and it was handling horribly. I then realized that the rear tires were below the wear bars, and the front alignment was off enough that it chewed through one of the front tires down to the wire substructure during our drive back to Utah.
Stillwell Ford worked with us to a satisfactory resolution, even though they insist the tires were in good condition when we left the dealership.
I don't see how 2000 miles of driving could cause that much wear, but regardless we were ultimately satisfied with the resolution, and we are in our perfect unicorn of a car!

Bought a used Flex from them back in late 2020. Checked over the vehicle history they provided and saw nothing odd. Fast forward to today, and I try trading in the vehicle to another dealership only to find out the car I bought from Stillwell has a rebranded title due to an odometer issue back in 2017.
I tried calling them a couple of times to give them a chance to make it right but haven't heard back. Don't buy from this dealership unless you want to be defrauded and ripped off.

The salesman i encountered was Rob. It was a horrible experience. He started out nice. But as I showed some hesitation he got short with me. Then he asked me if I'd gone anywhere else and wanted to know to who and when. Then he told me that the other guy at the neighboring dealership couldn't do what he said he could do for me. Then he wanted me to call my current lender and get the payoff numbers. I told him the other 3 places did not require i so that. He said week my guy had worked for Chrysler for 20+ years and he would know. I would not buy a car from him or this dealership if it was theast place to sell cars. I'd get a house and buggy first. Remind your sales staff that you need the consumer we don't need you. Never this place again.
